Managed a day on plan whoop, whoop, small steps. The only thing that I shouldn't of done is pick at my daughters left overs which was Yorkshire pudding, small amount of potato, broccoli. Overall a good day.
B- fruit & fibre, blackberry a & yoghurt.
L- cod, leafy salad, cucumber, red pepper, Asda Jamaican frozen rice ( half a portion)
T- steak, sw chips, salad with fried peppers.
Hex a- milk hex b- fruit & fibre
Snacks- apple, banana & grapes
Syns- 2 Yorkshire puddings-4, gravy-1, orange juice-4 yoghurt- 1.5
I'm not sure about the rice so going to count 2 syns.
Total- 12.5
Exercise- 2 hr dog walk.
