Mrs Store is right, its how you bring them up. My kids sit on our Staffy, pull him around and the poor dog just lies there.
Very protective if someone new comes over though and will sit in front if the kids and will not let them past lol x
 
Aww mrsstore he's so cute how old is he. , I agree with you, it's all about how there brought up, and he's come from a lovely home with 4 young children & I also know who bred him as she a friend of the family.
I love that there nicknamed the nanny dogs.
 
Morning I've had a really busy weekend. It was my sons 9th birthday yesterday. Can't believe he's 9 makes me feel old lol. I let him choose what he wanted for tea yesterday and he chose Chinese. I managed to eat sensibly within my syns then after I had a piece of his triple choc bday cake. I'm not feeling guilty because if I didn't have any it would of led to a massive binge and I would of eat a lot more.

Going for a 100% day however not reducing syns As again ill end up binging
 
Birthdays are special occasions hun, your allowed to be off plan for them. You need to live as well.

Back to plan and you'll do fine xx

Back on plan today. Spent the whole day feeling tired and really had to drag myself to body pump but as usual once I was there I enjoyed it and felt great after.

B- fruit & fibre & strawberry a
L- aldi garlic & herb chicken breast ( not sure if any syns) leafy salad, orange & green peppers and cucumber
T- Aldi's 4 bird roast, potatoes, broccoli & carrots, 2 Yorkshire puss & gravy

Hex a- milk hex b- fruit & fibre
Snacks- apple & banna

Syns- roast -6 crisps-4.5 gravy-2 Yorkshire pudding- 4 chicken breast estimating-2

Slightly over syns today but I'm not gonna fret as I've managed to resist the choc cake today.

Gd day on plan, proud as I took kids out for lunch& chose wisely

B- fruit & fibre & banna
L- jacket potatoes, Tuna mayo, cheese & salad
T- cod, sw chips & mushy peas

Hex a- milk hex b- fruit & fibre
Snacks- melon, apple,
Syns kit Kat-5, mayo-4 cheese-6

Exercise- a very long dog walk.
 
Really looking forward to spin 2mo first time in 6 weeks eek :)
 
I've lost the plot. Can't seem to get my head in the right place. Will weigh in 2 mo & take it from there :(

I will be hun just gotta break the binge cycle yet again. Fed up of the constant battle with my head xx
 
Trying to get your head in the right place is one of the hardest things to do. Seems once your in the binge cycle, it's hard to break it.
But you can do it, one meal at a time.

The thing I've found with binges is that they tend to come in waves. You can ride this wave and I'm here to support you if/when you need it x
