So true hun. If something is going to happen it will happen whether or not you worry/argue about it before-hand. I doubt it will anyway.

Like you said you have the children and you don't want them to sense anything.

Chin up angel, try to get back to normal and let life run it's course. No point trying to second guess the future. Xx
 
Busy day only just sitting down to eat tea. Still on plan and feeling good.

B-mini wheatabix
L- tuna, cucumber, tomato pitta, apple
T- meat free burgers, sw chips , beans, salad & cheese

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- tuna & mini wheatabix

Snacks- mugshot,peach,banana,satsumas & apple

Syns- pitta-8, burgers-2

Spin- 450 cals
 
Another gd day under my belt.

T- meat free burgers, mushy pea curry (bit random but all I've got in)

Syns- meat free burgers-1
Snacks- apple peach

No exercise as I was running late for the class, this would usually give me the excuse to binge but not today.

Syns- walkers baked-5.5, sugar- 2 macoroni cheese-2

No exercise rest day.

Syns- half my daughter battered fish-7, mayo-4, salad dressing -2.

Phew busy day, managed to resist lots of goodies at works summer fair. Had a heavy carb day and slightly gone over syns but not worried as I've been really good all week.

B- nectarine
L- tuna pasta, cucumber & sweetcorn
T- spicy lasagne, salad sw chips

Hex a- milk & cheese hex b- tuna

Snacks- kids leftover tomato pasta bake (all free)

Syns- cheese sauce-5, garlic bread-8, mayo-2, salad dressing 2 meat free mince-1

Half hour Zumba.

I've had an awful week. On Wednesday had to take my dog to the vets found out he had a tumour & he had to be put down I've had him 10 years and I'm still distraught, I know it's for the best but can't seem to get over it. My kids are struggling to deal with it aswell

I've had another week of arguing with Oh, don't really know what's going to happen everything's so unstable

Had a sickness bug to hardly eaten and when I have it's not been great I did loose 2lb on mon but I'm 12 stone 9 now but probably have a gain this week

On the up side my eldest has gone camping with the cubs this weekend ( he's got learning difficulties) I've just had a txt from the leaders he's doing really well & never stops talking lol

Really hoping things get easier i feel emotionally drained.

Hugs! Pets become so much part of the family and it is hard to get over the loss.

Forget about worrying about what your eating for now, focus on yourself and your family and getting back to a happy and stable place.
Until that is done you won't have the energy to focus on SW.

You've had so much to deal with lately it's little wonder that your emotionally drained. Try to take some time out for yourself as well.

If there's anything that I can do or if you just need to talk then you know where I am xx

Lost 6lbs, 12 st 3lb to be fair I've hardly eaten & when I have I struggled to keep it down. I'm still don't feel like eating much but I'm gonna try even if its small meals.

B- 1 wheatabix
L- tuna mayo & cheese salad.
T- salmon with chilli butter, salad

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- wheatabix

Snacks- grapes, banana

Syns - mayo-4 butter-4

No exercise didn't feel up to it.

Your right gave myself a good kick up the bum today, started feeling dizzy, loosing vision very scary. Need to put my kids first & make sure I'm healthy for them. I've lost 18lbs in 3 weeks that's not healthy & not the right example to set them xx

OMG! No that's not healthy. Thats almost half a stone a week.

C'mon missy, your right, your babies need you regardless of whats going on and they need you strong and confident.
