Well done you, have lapsed last few days but will get back on it. I am heading to my caravan in Newcastle for few days, always find it difficult down there.

hi there tried to update earlier but for some strange reason minimins is a restricted site in the library even though twitter and fb arent !

That's weird bout the site being restricted!
i know considering fb and twitter werent i would have thought they would be the ones to be resticted esp as they can cause the most damage ! thought it was just one computer but went on about 5 and were all the same , am sure the library assissants wondered what on earth i was doing lol

just for a change but am going to still count points aswell to see if it reduces the amount of weekilies i take , mad i know but am curious to see if it works . xx

No not mad,others do things like that on here.Be good to see what you find out from it all :0)
 
thanks jaly will be looking at your diary to get tips :D , sent u a friend request on here did u get it ? prob not he best day to start calorie counting as wi tomorrow then i have a day off and back to it on sun .

lunch: boots sweet chilli chicken wrap=8 305c
fruit=0pp 73c
crisps=2pp 96c

dinner: ww meal =5 (see pic)208c

(walked 30 mins from work to local tesco got shopping went to pay and had no money , walked 15 mins home and back to tesco and home again :)
