Ding Dong the Enemy's dead!

Ok, so when this week of refeed is over, should I go up to 1100 this sunday and then go up another 100 calories everyweek until it maintains?

I would start from your WI day, try to eat 1100 and if you lose the following week, go up to 1200, and so on, but I would imagine because of your height and depending on how much activity you do, also taking your age into consideration, I would think you would be around 1500-1700, but I am no expert on that Yas, its just finding what is right for you to maintain after your refeed.

Ok, that sounds simple enough, cheers :)

You are welcome. I am not consistent, my calories seem to range from 1100 - 1400 on various days of the week, depending on my shifts, but it seems to be averaging out and keeping me in maintenance.

If you go over one day, just cut back a little the next day, that seems to work for me.

Yeah I plan to do that. It's just really worrying sometimes. I'm now starting to get worried about my stomache expanding again. I like eating small portions and getting full on them.

The only time I ever feel bloated is if I have rice/pasta/potatoes for an evening meal, if I have them at lunch time I feel fine.

I always feel bloated after lunch. Another thing that concerns me is my easter egg my dad bought for me months ago. It goes off next month :( and I don't think I'll be able to have it. I'm kinda scared to, because it doesn't have the nutritional info on it.

Can you weigh it and take the calories for chocolate from your book? x

I'm thinking of doing that. If some are plain chocolate I'll find the cals and weigh that. But still, it's worrying :(

Not meaning to be funny but if it's stressing you that much - do you really have to eat it??

(Hey - what do I know - I'm terrified of eating ANYTHING! LOL! x)

Yasmine,

There's nothing saying you have to eat it all at once! :)

A little piece each day, offsetting calories else where won't hurt! ;)

Just don't make it a habit once it's over with! :D

I know what you mean, but I was really looking forward to having it, and my dad spent so much on it. I might take a bit a day and do excersise after it. That should even it out.

Ok, I'll see how things go. Maybe I'll have chocolate on a day where I don't exceed 1000 kcal. I should be safe.
