Yeah - I've been making porridge for DH the last few days (trying to build her up - being poorly!) - you have to use a MUCH bigger bowl than you might think or you get a hell of a mess!! ;)

:p I forgot to mention use a bigger bowl, but if you dont want to micro it, you can do it just the same in a saucepan.

Mmmm Jan, really enjoyed what I have eaten today and still got the soup to come and fruit, had my sandwich but full up now.

Last one for me chick, are you working tonight?
 
No not tonight ... off now till friday - just 6 more nights in work till I go on holiday!! YAY!!!!

From my point, I'm still maintaining and staying between 73-74 Kg, so I'm happy with that.

Oh Mary the chips, bacon, etc...sounds so yummy....now, would I be able to have this whilst refeeding? I am in my second week, so not sure...dont want to harm anything at the mo!!

You really are doing incredibly well Mary; you seem to have such a varied diet, with snacks that are super duper good for ya!

Iris, I dont have the refeed sheet with me at the moment, and I cant remember if you can have frylite, the bacon and egg would be ok, and the chips are okay, but not too sure about the frylite which you would need to spray over the chips.

I dont always have healthy snacks as you will see from the menu I am about to post for the last 2 days :eek:
 
Sundays food.

Woke up about midday, I had porridge made with semi skimmed milk, water and added a few raisins.

Dinner about 5pm, Boiled ham, potatoes, cabbage and parsley sauce.

Went to my Daughters on Sunday night, drank lots of vodka and diet coke, all I ate was 1 slice of bread with ham and one bite of my Grandsons pizza.

Mondays food.

Still at my daughters, so we went to town for breakfast at 11am.

I had 1 white roll with ham and salad, no butter, just a scraping of extra lite mayo and 7 of my Daughters chips.

Back at my Daughers, (choc craving after the vodka the night before) I had 1 finger of my Grandsons Twix.

Came home and Grandson came with me, I had 3 cheese slices with a couple of cheese and onion crisps. 2 Tuc sandwich biscuits.

Went out to the local bar with has bouncy castles etc with Grandson and we had dinner out. I had chicken curry with half rice and chips, but couldnt eat it all, it was too much. I also had 3 cans of strongbow!!

Came home and didnt eat anything else but had 3 vodka's.
 
Today's menu.

Breakfast - Turkish breakfast.
Tomato, cucumber, lettuce, 6 black olives, 3 thin slices cathedral city cheese, 2 boiled eggs.

Snack - Nectarine.

Dinner - Fat free chips, 4 fish fingers, beans, 1 slice of seeded wholemeal bread with a scraping of extra low fat mayo. (Grandson still here, this is what he wanted). 1 Cadburys caramel bar.

2 vodkas.

Oh Jan, we went out shopping to get solar lights and table and chairs for the Gazebo, and before I knew it, it was time for dinner. I dont usually miss any meals, I love my meals too much, but yesterday was a one off. Sorry Miss, it wont happen again, my Grandson has gone home and I am off to Tesco soon :eek:

Yes Iris - vodka........;)

No booze today though, back to work tomorrow.
 
Todays Menu.

Early morning snack - half a banana, the other half was rotten.

Breakfast - 35g porridge made with semi skimmed milk and water, with raisins and 1 teaspoon of honey.

Lunch - 2 slices of seeded batch with 2 eggs with a scraping of low fat mayo. 1 tesco crazy caramel bar.

Snack - quarter of a honeydew melon.

Dinner - Beef casserole, roast potatoes, cauli, savoy cabbage.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO vodka!!!
