Sunday's Food. Nightshift, so arse backwards.

Dinner - Pork Loin chop (fat removed), fat free roast potatoes, savoy cabbage, cauliflower, 2 tablespoons of gravy. 3 plums.

Breakfast - Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, 8 black olives, small piece of Cathedral City cheese, red onion, 2 boiled eggs, low fat salad cream. Nectarine.

Supper - Home made chicken/vegetable soup. Pear.

Snack in middle of night if hungry - banana.
 
Sounds good Mary - I have a 'thing' about lf salad cream at the moment - I see you're having it too. I much prefer it to lf mayonnaise! x
 
I like the low fat mayo to use as a butter replacement in a sandwich, but I love the low fat salad cream over a salad, much nicer than all these vinegars etc. It is very moreish though.........lol.

I am really enjoying salads again, i went off them for a wee while, but its good to get them back into the daily meals.
 
Yesterdays food.

Well I came home from work, and usually go straight to bed, but when I got home my OH decided not to go to work because he was not feeling well, so I had a cup of tea and I ate 2 of his sandwiches which he had prepared for work.

Must admit it was a crap food day yesterday and to top it all, it was our friends Birthday so we had already arranged to go out for a drink yesterday afternoon.

Breakfast - 7am, 2 slices of white bread and butter with beef paste.

Lunch - Porridge made with skimmed milk, water and a spoonful of raisins with 1 teasoon of honey.

Up the club all day and drank lots of vodka with coke zero.

Supper when I came home was 1 jar of cockles.

Crappy food day and nowhere near enough.
 
Todays food.

Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted with 2 boiled eggs mixed with hellmans extra low fat mayo.

Snack 1 plum.

Lunch - 4 oatckes with extra low fat mayo, cathedral city cheese, red onion. 1 Nectarine.

Snack - 1 orange.

Dinner, Cod dipped in egg and covered in breadcrumbs fried in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, mashed potatoes and salad. 1 Cadburys caramel bar. (Thats them finished now!!!)

Drinks - 2 small bottles of pear cider, 4 vodka's.
 
Much better day today then Mary ... despite the alcohol .. LOL!

Happens to us all doesn't it .. I think it's called 'life' and is what we're learning to negotiate when all's said & done. I bet there'll be no real harm done. It's just not possible to be 100% 100% of the time. I don't believe anyone is - however slim they are. You're doing great! xx
 
Hey Girlies, sorry I have not been around, but my Sister has arrived from Lancaster until Sunday morning, so just slipped on to log my food and I will catch up with the other threads on Sunday.

Yesterday's food.

Breakfast - Porridge made with water and a little semi skimmed milk.

Lunch - Beef broth. 2 pieces of fruit.

Dinner - Beef casserole, roast potatoes.

Vodka and diet coke.

Todays food.

Porridge made with water and semi skimmed milk, 1 banana.

Dinner - Fish and chips from the chip shop because we went to the seaside for the day. 3 sherbet lemon sweets.

Tea - Beef broth, 1 chocolate biscuit, 1 tunnocks mallow.

Grr visitors bring the worse out on me lol.

Having some vodka tonight with my Sister.

Sister went home this morning and no damage done. Had a WI this morning and still maintaining at just over 10 stone.

Have not got a list of my foods over the last few days, but will start again tomorrow.

Oh Mary I live in the next village on from Lancaster, Lancs, fancy that its a small world. Very rarely do you hear anyone talk about Lancaster so I just had to pop a reply on when I noticed your sister had visited you. I have not been on here as regular as use to be, well I pop on just to keep up to speed with everyone then I pop off again.

Breakfast - 1 rasher of bacon grilled, 1 poached egg, 2 Richmond thin sausages, 1 slice of bread, 1 grilled tomato, grilled mushrooms. (Farewell breakfast with my Sister)

Lunch - Lamb sandwich and fruit.

Supper - Home made soup, fruit, small amount of Turkish delight that a colleague brought home from Turkey.

Todays food.

Nights, so arse backwards again.

Dinner - Gammon steak, new potatoes, peas, parsley sauce.

Breakfast - 3 slices of wholemeal bread with 2 boiled eggs - grapes.

Supper - Home made soup and fruit.

Snack - Small piece of birthday cake after midnight as its my colleagues birthday at midnight.

Just on my days off I tend to pick - if I worked 2 weeks on the trot with no days off, I would probably lose half a stone...lol.

Got up just after midday after my nightshift.
1pm porridge made with semi skimmed milk and water, added 1 teaspoon of honey and a spoon of raisins. 3 plums.

Snack - 2 Tunnocks Teacakes. 4 Ritz crackers and 1 extra low fat cheese triangle.

Dinner - Jacket potato, salad, cheese, 1 teaspoon of butter, small bowl of chocolate and toffee ice cream.

Few vodka's.

Not hungry at the moment, so I will edit if I eat anything else later.
 
2nd Sept

Morning snack - 1 small banana.

Breakfast - Porridge, 2 slices of wholemeal toast and blackcurrant jam.

Snack - 1 orange, 2 plums, Cadbury's fudge cake (small)

Lunch - Beef soup.

Dinner - Potatoes, minced beef, swede.
Fruit if required.
 
Thursdays food.

Breakfast - Porridge made with water and salt, added semi skimmed milk (Scottish way)

Snack - Nectarine.

Lunch - Ham and lentil soup, 1 slice of bread. Tunnocks teacake.

Dinner - Had a picky day. 2 packets of cheese and onion crisps, small bowl of chocolate and toffee ice cream, another tunnocks teacake :cry:

Might finish a bad day off and have some vodka later.
