Ive had a bad day too today, even though i said i am being good :sigh: ive just picked - although i havent touched crisps at all today - go me! lol

Im decided that tuesday i am defo starting TFR again - wish me luck :giggle:

My Step Daughter went to her first appt today with lipotrim, she is starting it on Sunday.
 
Didnt eat anything else yesterday but did have a few vodka;s so not much damage done there. Was actually 2lb lower this morning, but thats probably back on now. Still maintaining since April.

Todays food.

Breakfast - wasnt hungry, so just had a banana and an apple.

Lunch - Huge salad with ham and 2 boiled eggs. Cup of coffee and a Tesco crazy caramel bar.

Dinner - Chicken, mushrooms and onions in a jar of pesto sauce that I bought in aldi, it was ok but a little greasy. Had this with some boiled rice. Chocolate ice cream for afters.

Ahhh yeah i know the ones - they are scrummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :drool:
 
Saturdays Food.

Breakfast - Porridge made with skimmed milk. 3 plums.

Snack - 1 small banana, 1 nectarine.

Lunch - McDonalds sweet chilli chicken deli with fries and diet coke.

Dinner - Lamb Chops, mashed potato, parsnip, cabbage and swede.
 
Sundays food.

Breakfast - Porridge made with semi skimmed milk and water. 1 Banana.

Snack - Nectarine, apple, orange (split up through-out my 12 hour shift)

Lunch - Home made lentil and ham soup. Jar of cockles.

Dinner - Salmon salad. Small bowl of chocolate ice cream ( I bought 2 tubs of ice-cream when my Sister and Brother in law came last week for a few days, so I need to use it up - you know how it is, we cant leave it in the freezer too long lol)

Edit - last night I had 5 vodkas and 6 cheese and onion crisps - yes 6 crisps, not 6 packets lol.

Monday food.

Breakfast - Porridge made with water and a little milk added.

Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted, 1 cheese triangle, small amount of cheddar, lettuce. Small bowl of toffee ice-cream.

Dinner - Ham and lentil soup. Baked trout and salad.
 
Tuesdays food.

Breakfast - Porridge made with water, added a little semi skimmed milk to it.

Dinner - Chicken, Potatoes, swede, cabbage, gravy.

Snack - Fruit salad.

Supper - Chicken sandwich on wholemeal bread with sweet chilli sauce. Home made lentil soup.
 
Just noticed your post Mary saying that you have another sister living at Halton, I live at Hest Bank which is very close. I dont know if you have been up this way and visited at all to know where that is. I like Halton it is nice.
 
Hi, yes I have visited Lancaster/Halton for many years, they have lived there about 20 years, if not longer. I cant say I know the place where you live, but I will ask my Sisters the next time we speak.

Yes, I like Halton too, I much prefer it to Lancaster itself. I have never been a big town or city girl, always preferred small villages.

:) Takes me back Mary...love them!!!! Good memories of growing up....They are a Scottish delight :) tunnocks wafers too...was that what they were called..cant remember...
 
Sorry not been online the last few days, but the weather was so glorious we have been in the garden. I also had my Son stay for 2 days and not seen him for a couple of months, so there was lots of catching up to do.

Didnt consciously make a list of my food for the last few days, but not much in the way of change, just the usual.

Yesterdays food.

Breakfast - Porridge (small bowl) followed by Turkish breakfast. Tomato, Cucumber, Ham, small piece of cheddar, 3 black olives, boiled egg.

Lunch - Home made lentil soup and ham.

Dinner - Baked trout, potatoes, peas.

4 vodka's.
 
Tunnocks caramel wafers and Tunnocks caramel logs. Mmmm delicious.
