I dont think its low calorie, but only a desert spoon is enough anyway.

Its from a chinese supermarket in Cardiff.

Thai sweet chilli sauce - healthy boy brand - just looked the bottle, so maybe it is low calorie, its totally delicious though.
 
We get ours just from the supermarket jan - where you find all the cooking sauces for currys etc :)

Good to see everyone is still getting along nicely.

Things at my end are still the same, stuck at the same weight, so all rosy here! :)

I had a slight variation to my cold chicken and salad tonight. Felt quite hungry driving home from work, so I fried half an onion in a little olive oil, added 4 chopped mushrooms, once cooked I added some chopped cooked chicken, splash of lite soy sauce, tablespoon of oyster sauce and a table spoon of the sweet chilli dipping sauce. It was totally devine.
I think I will make it tomorrow and have it with a little boiled rice for supper in work. Really enjoyed it.

Lucky you...could do with one myself! :)

I'm still eating well on occaision (had a large vegetarian hot pizza on saturday night), but in general, i'm sticking to my salads during the week, so everything is good! :)

Need to start looking at some light hot meals now as the cold weather is drawing in again.

If I don't get back online, enjoy the hols! ;)

Thanks Mark, dont you worry, we will have a ball.

Get yourself into that kitchen at weekends and make yourself a big batch of home made soups, and freeze them in portion sizes, ideal for the wintery nights - although I eat them all summer too :p
 
Todays Food

Breakfast - Turkish Breakfast modified, I had boiled egg, small piece of cheddar, olives, cucumber, tomato, small piece of chicken breast and a drizzle of salad cream.

Dinner - Faggots, mashed potatoes, peas, gravy.

Supper - Lentil soup with ham.

Already eaten a banana, apple and tangerine.

Fruit for snacks if required.
 
Oh Mary, I am sat at work; just had lunch about half an hour ago but feel hungry and reading your posts on your food has made me even hungrier now :) :)

Doing well though!!!! Not long now till you fly off to sunny Turkey :) Bet you cant wait.

Once I refeed, think I will try that chilli sauce..I have bought it in the past and you only need a TBS and it makes such a difference. I am so looking forward to cooking nice and healthy meals..this week is just plain, plain, plain for refeed :)

Your re-feed will soon go and you will be back to foods that you can experiment with Iris. It will soon come.

Yes getting really excited about Turkey again now, 15 sleeps............wow!

Todays Food

Breakfast, 2 weetabix with raisins and skimmed milk.

Dinner, Gammon Steak, pineapple, jacket potato with a laughing cow extra lite cheese triangle, salad. Nectarine, 2 plums.

Supper, Soup and ham. Banana, 1 plum, orange.

Snacks - fruit if required.

Correct, 14 sleeps now, and Tanya, if you continue to lose weight at the rate you are doing, then of course there will be room in my suitcase for you chick.....lol.

Woke up at midday after my nightshift.

I had 2 weetabix, few raisins, sliced banana and semi skimmed milk.

Took my Grandsons to Porthcawl to the fair and I had 1 ring doughnut.

Chips and curry sauce, half a cod in batter from the best chip shop in Wales, Beales.

Few vodka's tonight.
