We go on Thursday, fly from Cardiff at 2:15 in the afternoon, cant wait now, so excited.
Thinking of getting my hair cut quite short, as I lost quite a lot of hair and its gone so thin, it seems dry around the last few inches, so thinking to have it all chopped off and leave the healthy hair. Its stopped falling out now, but just needs a good seeing to. Might have it about neck length but all in layers, as I have a natural curl anyway, so can flick it out when going out anywhere, and just leave it straight for work.
Anyway, back to food, crap day yesterday food wise. I got out of bed at midday and around 1pm I had 3 rashers of grilled bacon, 1 tomato grilled and a little scrambled egg.
Then I went out with DH and drank quite a lot of vodka, got home last night about 7pm and watched x factor, then I ate 3 krackawheat with a little tuna, cheese triangle, and onion. That was it, I just wasnt hungry.
When I weighed this morning, I was only 9st 13lbs. Thats the lightest I have been in ages, so I really need to eat more on the days I go out.
Smacked my own wrist girls.
Todays food is better though. (not going out lol)
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted with 2 boiled eggs and a grilled tomato.
Dinner - Shoulder of lamb, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, apple and herb stuffing, gravy.
I will also eat some fruit and have something for supper, but I dont know what I will have for supper. Using everything up in the fridges and freezers.
