well....ive had 4 weeks or so of not doing what i should be doing...and my dil and I have decided we are both back on it 100% from tomorrow.... she bought a cross trainer today and although I can only manage 2 or 3 minutes im gonna do my best to do a little each week providing it doesnt make me more poorly. I have printed off our new trackers and am gonna get back to this losing weight business full steam ahead.
Im adding a couple of pics, 1 was taken at a bbq we had last june, and the second one was taken this week. they are my before and during pics...and cant wait for my "after" pic.
I might change my wi day again to a Sunday, as I wont be having a treat day during the week anymore, and will be most likely to go out to eat on a Sunday so kinda makes sense...buit havent made my mind up on that yet.
Sticking with good ole discover...and gonna really get this flab shifted.
