Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I'm out having one proper fast day and one very low calorie ( 800 ishh) day next week as it's busy but one is courgetti spaghetti mixed with low fat cream cheese and a mini chicken fillet. The low cal day will be diced turkey stew/ curry with veg. I'm joining the gym next Friday hopefully!
 
Me neither really. I'm going to sit down this weekend and work out some meals. I wish I could go through to tea time without having lunch. Would make it so much easier!
 
Thanks both of you! It's my mission on Monday to get some. I've had the noodles before and enjoyed them. I can't remember how I had them though :/
