We ate at just a pub restaurant which had curry club. I wasn't paying so I didn't want to be awkward and order something different . Was yummy though! I had about 4 glasses of wine though. I have a bit of a headache today!

Started the day with a sw grill up

Hope you're all having a good weekend!

Yesterday we went to a sausage festival. It was good but made me realise how much a ' health freak foody' I am. There were loads of stalls full of sausages, cheese, cake, honey etc and I couldn't face buying anything as it was all mega high fat and calories! I felt boring. People were going from stall to stall stuffing their faces but we were only there for 20 minutes as we looked but I couldn't face eating anything. Well we shared an ostrich burger for lunch....wild!!!

Then we headed to a terrace for a diet coke. It had lovely views though! We went out for dinner last night and I just let rick choose what I ate which ended up being pie, chips and chocolate brownie. So I ended up pigging out anyway!!

I made sure we had a nice healthy breakfast today . Mushrooms, tomato and cheese with salad ( random for breakfast) poached eggs and half a slice of toast.

We have pumpkin soup for lunch.

And tea will be whatever I can find as I didn't get any meat out.
Today will be a lazy day probably!

Weighed myself for the first time in ages today and I'm 9.2 exactly. I'm not sure if I'm happy about that or not. It seems to be creeping up slowly. I also checked my diary yesterday and every Saturday night we have something planned until 27th of December. That panics me alot! Most plans are around food or drink which is making me think arhhhhhh! :(((((

Today's food is

Breakfast- two boiled eggs, pineapple

Lunch - quinoa salad with kale, tomato, mango, butter beans.

Tea - chicken thighs with oxo southern fried chicken seasoning (free?!) With potatoes and veg.

Shopping only came Thursday and our fridge is empty!

I'm at the gym today. 30 min gym session followed by 45 minute toning class. And then hopefully a dog walk this afternoon.
I'm off this week , except for a short 4 hours tomorrow afternoon.

Half and half. I have been really bad at counting syns. Although I'm aware of what I'm eating. I kind of guess lol which is bad! If I've not had any syns old . let myself have a treat. Or if I've ate quite badly I won't have anything else unless it's free food.

But if I'm out having a meal and everyone has dessert I struggle to say no! And I never syn my alcohol. Alcohol syns don't count in my head lol. If I'm drinking I want to feel tipsy otherwise I wouldn't bother!

I sat and researched about a sugar free diet yesterday and I would love to try it!

But I think I would struggle. It reduces fruit quite a bit. And I think I need a sweet treat every so often. I'm really aware of artificial sweeteners atm. I've swapped my muller lights for total 0% fat free Greek yoghurt. And I really want to get rid of fry lite...but as I said before I'm scared too! And health foods are so expensive !

Woop! Well done on the run. I'm going tomorrow :)

I'm hoping to go tomorrow too. Do you have a distance plan or just go for it?! I forgot how much running makes me feel great! Especially this season too. I'm not a sunshine runner
