Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I need to learn to stop snacking! I had my tea, then crisps, then popcorn, now cracker bread and dairylea triangle. Arrhhh mannnnn
 
Snacking is my downfall too! I can have a totally syn free day until I sit down to relax once Emilia has gone to bed and then I start picking. The sausage festival sounds amazing and well done for resisting naughties xxx
 
This mornings small run was 2.6 k in around 16 minutes. I actually struggled today!

Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs

Lunch- lentil bolognase

Tea-chicken, steamed potatoes And kale which us what we had last night and didn't fill us up! I may add some smash or cous cous to bulk it up.

Snacks- screen mini loaf (5) fruit. Bbq mini cheddar (6)

I fancy a pickled egg....random. I've had a fudge bar, mini cheddars ( which I didn't have earlier) and a mug shot and still hungry. I'm like the hungry caterpillar

Update- and a mini chocolate bar meant for trick or treaters! !!

A pickled egg?? I thought you didn't like them!!!

Well...I thought too! I was going through all my old food pics and saw them and really wanted one. In the evenings at the moment though I'd eat anything!!

We are both off today so going to take pooch on a dog walk around a wood. Never been before so hopefully it will be nice. We have friends over for takeout this evening so that will be off plan and naughty. Unless I go for a not spicy dansak? !

Breakfast - pineapple. And something with eggs. Small onion omelette possibly. Not much food till shop this morning.

Lunch- lentil bolognase

Tea- takeout and wine!

Will snack on fruit or yoghurt if hungry ( total 0% Greek yog)
 
Spent an hour batch cooking this afternoon. Spinach,chickpea and sweet potato curry and lentil bolognase. I liked it that much!

Feeling very irritable today and I'm not sure why. I need my space! Arhhh
 
Yeah sure.

I fry lite onion, garlic and add Quorn mince to a pan. I add a bit of water as I find it quite dry to fry.
I rinsed red lentils and added to a big crock pot the lentils, the onion and mince from the pan. Chopped tomatoes. Paprika, Worcester sauce , stock cube. I added a splash of red wine to this one! And mushrooms , spinach. And I think that was it. I put it In the oven until lentils were cooked.

I'm really enjoying the running. I have a blue dress I really want to wear on 22nd November to a party so I need to get rid of the wobble. Then in December is ricks Christmas big posh doo and I want to wear a little black number with no spanx!
 
They are from a bag. I bought them years ago, about 1kg. I think they were fron the world food isle in the supermarket. They need cooking but also need rinsing before you use them.

I've been half naughty , half good since being off. We're both off from work till monday so Wednesday evening we had friends over for an Indian, Thursday morning started off with my Indian leftovers. Oops
I have been having my sw batch cook meals for lunches. And last night we had fajitas with lettuce wraps.
Too much red wine I'm actually worried about my teeth turning a funny colour!

Tonight we have ricks like brother staying for pizza and sweets. I am going to attempt the cauliflower pizza base to be good. And probably have salad for lunch.

I also would like to run today ..


Watchet his space lol I'm still in bed. Really need to eat!!
