Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

They were so good. I blended a raw cauliflower in a food processor. Thats the rice done, I will just heat it for a minute or two in the microwave when needed.

The pizza recipe was the blended rice, salt and pepper ( optional) and I added an egg into the rice until I could make a ball of ' dough'. I just sprayed a baking tray with fry lite so it didn't stick but baking paper would be best. I made pizza bases by using my fingers and baked in the oven for around 15 mins. Topped with home made pizza sauce and toppings. Yum!
 
Good morning !!!!

I think I have a sugar hangover. Think I had one too many Halloween sweets last night.

We went trick or treating with the brother in law who is 12. He really wanted to go and I actually loved it. Some people's efforts were class.

Starting the day with a bacon and spinach roll. Hexb and a sun for ketchup.

Lunch will be syn free sweet potato soup and cauliflower pizza.

Tea will be prawn noodles on a homemade tomato sauce,feta and basil.

Tonight's plans are to see a comedian at the local theatre. He's not well known but for 10 pound a ticket I thought why not! I will have a glass of wine or two I should think!
 
Back at work today . and I'm so tired. Think I was up around 4.30 tossing and turning so Finally got up around 5.10. 20 minutes before my alarm.

I've had quite a naughty few days and I can definitely feel it. I drank far too much wine on Saturday night which wasn't planned but I ended up being really ill sat/ sun. I've decided to knock the booze on the head for a while. My next night out is Nov 15th ..

I have joined a running challenge on my app to see how many kilometres I can run in November. It should give me that extra push. I also need to properly count syn's. Use my healthy extras and stop evening snacking through boredom . I want to run when I get home around 4.30 . I ordered some 'running tights' which should get delivered today.

I wish I could do booze free month. I'm going out with my friend on 15th . Just me and her for her birthday so if I refused to drink she would be upset! I will however take it easy.

I went for a run tonight. My phone was dead so I couldn't record the distance. And not having my phone made me not care how far I went ( which wasn't far!) But what I did do I enjoyed and it wasn't painful and I picked up the pace.

Food today has been

Breakfast- syn free frittata with spinach and sweetcorn ( it was quite bland!)

Lunch- prawn tomato pasta. Mini malt loaf (5)

Dinner- same as lunch with feta cheese and a quorn bbq fillet which I think are free!

Snacks- to be decided! Fruit and popcorn maybe

Hi Natalie :) did you mean the cauliflower pizza? If so I've quoted the recipe above. I really enjoyed it. Would definitely make it again. I really don't enjoy oven pizzas at all though!

Plan for the day is....

I'm off today. Back tomorrow wed and Friday. Blerghhhh. Shopping is due this morning.

Breakfast- alpen light ( how many syns in just one please??) Fry lite egg in wm bun. Hexb and 1 syn ketchup.

Lunch- sweet potato soup. Banana

Tea- lamb curry with either cauliflower rice, or in baby romaine lettuce leaves ( as taco type thing)

Snacks-

Planning on a long run today . Well when I say long anything over 4k I will be pleased at. I will aim for 5 and update later
 
I thought it was two for hexb but don't like the thought of eating two for the sake of it!

I've got my new running tights on. .complete with slippers!

4.6k in 35 minutes! Not bad considering I took my dog. And to get on to where I ran it was a really muddy slippery path!

Edit--- that was my last run! I was looking at the wrong one. I actually did 4.8 in 32 !!
