Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Just had a bad morning :( trying to be positive though.

Breakfast- yoghurt and blueberries at 6.30 , but I was hungry at 10 so had a slice of syn free ham and kale frittata.

Lunch- tuna pasta (1 syn mayo) with tomatoes, seafood sticks. Veggies and hexa cheese. Weetabix bar for hexb.

Tea- mince and tatties. 2 syn for gravy.

It's nice. If you like kale that is. I'm trying to use it a lot more recently as it's so good for you! Kale, broccoli and spinach....super greens!!
 
It's like a raggedy type cabbage I think.

It's great boiled (like cabbage), oven roasted with some fry light and salt/herbs to make kale chips/crisps (google it - v. popular in clean eating) and I love it raw mixed in with bulghar wheat and quinoa and other bits and pieces to make a tabbouleh. There's a great recipe on BBC Good Food. xx
 
I have taken some before photos to compare each month to hopefully see some progression from running and the gym...! Let's hope I don't lose my phone and someone goes through my pics. It would scare them!
 
I'd say it's a cross between spinach and cabbage - similar taste to spinach but a rougher texture more similar to cabbage... Bloody lovely though! Especially with some gravy!

I love cabbage especially with gravy on a Sundays dinner mmmmm
 
I've had such a better morning today! I managed 45 minutes in the gym after my morning shift too. 25 minutes rower,,5 minutes high resistance on the bike,then leg press and toning with Kettlebell . And it was enjoyed!
My mum has offered to pay for 6 one-to-one personal training sessions before Christmas! How can I say no to that!!!

Breakfast- I had yoghurt and blueberries at 6.40 , then before the gym at 9.40 I had frittata and two Linda McCartney sausages.
( is all this food too much in the morning?)

Lunch- leek and potato soup. Fruit and hexb weetabix bar.

Tea- tomato spaghetti with butter beans and salad
