I've been on a training course today. Elklan speech and communication. You may of heard of it?

I've been on plan so far.

Breakfast - spring onion and tomato omelette. Banana, apple and clementine

Lunch- noodles with spring greens, broccoli and soy sauce.

Tea- I have diced turkey put but unsure on what to make! Ideas appreciated.

I'm really tired now! Got the mother in law plowing for coffee and then chill! We have our last two breaking bads to watch. A bottle of red may be needed after this week!
 
Thanks jade! That sounds real good . If only I had bacon and potatoes! I will save your link though. I've marinated it in soy and honey. No idea what I will do next though haha. Just hope for the best!
 
I've done most of the Christmas shopping now! We have planned to go to the mother in laws for xmas lunch so I don't have to cook.

I was falling asleep at 10.30 last night. I'm so old now! I have a bad back. And woke with chronic period pain :(( other than that I'm good haha. We don't have plans today so hot water bottle, coffee, movie day. Ooh with batch cooking session. I really want to get out for a jog too but I will see how I feel later. I've not been since last Wednesday.

We ordered takeout last night ( my usual pasanda) we watched the last two episodes of breaking bad ( poor Walt :( ) and then it was late and we started with the first episode of prison break.

So food plans today are to batch cook turkey and cous cous with cannelloni beans. A chilli with kidney beans. And then sausage casserole in sloe cooker with lots of veg.

Just added heck chicken sausages and burgers to my food order for Tuesday. If I'm correct I'm thinking these are both free!!

Or maybe the sausages are 1/2?

Morning!

It's chilly today!! Our dog woke us up crying at 2am...then 3am. It's like having a baby ..honestly!
I'm at work 6.30 till 4 today but have planned and prepped.

Breakfast- tin of beans (warm! Not cold)

Lunch- diced turkey with canceling beans and cons cous

Tea- chilli with added spring onion. I may add rice or I may buy some weight watchers nachos (4 syns)

Snacks- two clems. Banana and apple. Quavers (4.5)

I plan to run around 2-3k when I get home,ready for a longer one tomorrow

I was ok thanks ging. I was asleep by 9.30 though!

I have been for a 5k run this morning and completed it in 30.47. My park run pb was 29 minutes and something but I'm very proud of myself for going and completing it today!

Not sure on food today as shopping is due in the be the couple of hours . I will update later. I'm having another batch cook session today though :)
 
yay on the run! Takes a lot of motivation some times.
 
Food today....

Breakfast -Apple and banana pre run.
Scrambled egg, tomatoes and cheese post run. (1 syn ketchup)

Lunch- wholewheat pasta , ex light mayo (1) and tuna,tomatoes and seafood sticks. Yet to try the twinings tea!

Tea- pork chop, roast potatoes, carrots, leek, kale, roast courgette and roast onion. 2 syns for gravy.

Snacks- cheese curls (4.5? They are tescos and 90 cal so I'm guessing they are 4.5)
