Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I made sure that's the only thing that came in the shopping! So I don't really have a choice haha. I might snack on popcorn later this evening!
 
Hello guys.

Had such a good night's sleep last night. Feeling good!

Breakfast- yoghurt and blueberries, banana, two clementines and a boiled egg. Not all at once though!

Lunch- sweet potato and carrot soup. Same as yesterday. I bought an avocado so going to eat that on my hexb bread. 14 syns though!!! It's crazy!

Tea- I'm making scotch eggs at work today but I feel the sausages will be ridiculously high in syns so I will just have the sw chips, beans and salad and if I'm hungry when I get home I will maybe have a mug shot or something.

No runs today unless I'm home from work before 6.30 ( highly unlikely!) I plan my next run for Saturday....but taking it day by day!
 
I need helpppp. I proper messed up our shopping routine and have loads of fresh food not been used yet.

I have a big bag of ' spring greens' that need using up. Any great ideas???!
