Didn't run :( mad at myself now . I made this Instead

I have one day off in the week and it just goes super quick! Shopping, housework, dog walk and my days gone :( booo. And I've had 4 chocolate bars at 100 cals each! So could of done with a run to burn those off.
 
That's fab!! Don't be too mad at yourself honey go on a run tomorrow instead or go on one now xxxx
 
I hate breakfast...I'm always too busy. I tend to run before breakfast then about half the week I have a Costa skinny latte (hexa) and a banana to tide me over.

This morning I had a jam sandwich...hexb and 2 syns. Went with my cravings...

Good idea, that's why I've started to do crafty bits to keep my hands busy! Omg I've had 6 chocolate bars which are 105 cals each from lidl. A chocolate shape yoghurt, a peanut hot drink, about 8 seafood sticks and a satsuma. I feel a bit sick now but was so close to grabbing a tsp of Nutella. ... pig!

About 6am. I'm a single parent and a teacher so try and run whilst the kids are still asleep then have to help get everyone ready for school, then straight into work. I hate rushing food so a milky coffee and fruit suits me perfectly.
 
I'm about to repeat your six choc bar trick with salted caramel Hifi bars....I just tried my first tonight and they're soooo yummy! I'm not buying them again, not sure I can control myself!
 
Wow. I can't believe you do all of that in the morning. I'm not a morning person AT ALL!! Go you! I've taken myself to bed feeling fat and frumpy. Don't make yourself feel like I do!!!

I'm in bed too, feeling sorry for myself because I had a bullying aggressive parent to deal with tonight and he's told me he's complaining about me. I haven't done anything wrong but it still makes me sad :(

Bed was the safest place from choc...
 
Arhh bless you! I've been in child care for ten years and most of the time it's the parents who act more like the children and are harder to deal with!! I'm sure after he has slept on it he will calm down and not report you. The big bully! Don't let him get you down, he obviously has nothing better to do!
 
Can i join the fat frumpy club? Ive not stopped eating and have just had gaviscon to settle tummy. Im more of a pig than you beck. A WHOLE french stck with soup tonight. Oops.

Oh bubble lol. But you had it with soup! A balanced meal :) I've learnt to just not buy nice things like that any more!
 
Hi guys! What a miserable day!

Food plans today
Breakfast- one crumpet with butter (4 syns) muller Greek (1/2 syn) satsuma and banana

Lunch- leftover chilli AND leftover butternut squash soup if still hungry

Tea- I'm at work for tea and we are having hot dogs. White bread and pork
sausages. How will I get out of this?!
Have just one and no other syns?
 
It's so awkward. One week a month my boss is home as he's on nights and it's this week. I hate it! So at meal time I have to sit down and eat otherwise I feel rude!! I'm tempted to take brown bread for my hexb, have one sausage and just eat lots of salad.
