Two slices...and a kebab with garlic mayo!

The garlic bread was really nice. But more garlic be the time though..I'm going to stink tomorrow!
 
I sprayed it with fry lite, added garlic powder and coriander leaf and rubbed it in. I put it in the oven for around 5 minutes whilst I dished up the curry

It was a bit of a tweak! I classed it as my hexb...but I doubt it will officially class as a hexb. I didn't have rice so don't think it will make too much of a difference!

Well done to all my minis friends for amazing losses! I've lost....A big fat expected 0 lb !!
My own fault but I didn't gain so I'm not going to dwell...

Going to attempt to run after work today. Even if it's for 15 minutes.

But serious now..Our holiday will creep up on us!

Bit limited to superfine today as I need shopping. But to stop munchies tonight I will grab something from the shops. Melon possibly.

Breakfast- two Linda McCartney sausages

Lunch- leftover chicken curry with broccoli

Tea- fish ( smoked cod fillet) chips ( sweet potato) and mushy peas . With added veg from a steam pack

Snacks- whatever I get from the shop
 
I suppose I could see it like that! I think if I added exercise I Could of lost...I'm walking to and from work today ( 25 mind either way) instead of a ten min car trip so I'm starting well!

My ear feels a bit sore today for some reason, hoping it passes and doesn't develop into any type of infection. Weird
 
Just been and purchased some kelkin rice cake bars at 4.5 syns each.

Also got some unsalted cashew nuts to have 10 later for 4 syns? I will double check that though!
 
Mmm the rice cakes look yum! Like a toffee crisp if you close your eyes and keep chewing! :)

Which one will you go to. I like her and if i werent so embarrassed of my looks at the moment id consider going but i still feel a fake until i prove to myself otherwise. Stupid i know but out of millions of people she would be staring at the fat greek lady in my eyes!

Going to spend an hour reading about clean eating, whole 30 and sugar free. I wonder if I can mix them all up.

I'm desperate to bin the fry lite and artificial yoghurt I'm just nervous too!
 
Yeah. Not sure if she still uses fry lite. Don't think she does. A lot have ditched the rubbish recently though so I have a lot of inspiration!
 
So ... I have bought some coconut oil. No more fry lite for the time being!

I also have a new water bottle on the way to aim to drink more..and lots of snack pots to carry better food ' on the go'

A little half tsp of coconut oil goes a long way when it's melted - you'll be surprised!

I asked you in Jennie's thread but where is this 17pc set from? I love tupperware but it's like socks and kirby grips... it always disappears?!?! I need more! x
