In my home town. Lincoln. I need to get back on strava first!
Eats for today
Breakfast- ff yoghurt, grapes, bloobs, melon, pomegranate and flax seed mix on top ( need to check syns for this)
Lunch- turkey chilli ( 0.5 syns for coconut oil and 7 syns for half an avocado)
Melon
Tea- chicken wraps with peppers , without the wrap..or I may take a weight watchers wrap as I'm eating at work
Evening snacks- boiled egg or egg muffin
I have done a few toning exercises, I'm getting headaches this week :/
Boooo to the headaches. Hope they shift soon.
Definitely get back on Strava. I love seeing how you're getting along on there!
