Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

In my home town. Lincoln. I need to get back on strava first!

Eats for today

Breakfast- ff yoghurt, grapes, bloobs, melon, pomegranate and flax seed mix on top ( need to check syns for this)

Lunch- turkey chilli ( 0.5 syns for coconut oil and 7 syns for half an avocado)
Melon

Tea- chicken wraps with peppers , without the wrap..or I may take a weight watchers wrap as I'm eating at work

Evening snacks- boiled egg or egg muffin

I have done a few toning exercises, I'm getting headaches this week :/

Boooo to the headaches. Hope they shift soon.
Definitely get back on Strava. I love seeing how you're getting along on there!

I had the chicken with peppers, onions and mushrooms. With lots of salad, baby corn and sugar snap peas. Surprisingly I'm not hungry. But if I am later I have boiled eggs ready, or green beans dipped in houmous!

I asked rick to make me up some dumbells from his weights

These are staying in the living room for random exercises. Mainly squats and lunges!
 
I always find leaving things out in view help, although I'm a clean freak and hate clutter! I may invest in one nearer to out holiday so the novelty doesn't wear off too much before!

Hungry now so have a booked egg, egg muffin and 4 seafood sticks

The chilli really filled me up yesterday so hoping the same today!

Tea- plan was to make turkey meatloaf at work, but my boss has bought 250g...between 3 adults and two children! Looks like I won't be eating that so may take a lunchbox of tuns and brown rice, or sweet potato ...

Snacks if I get hungry will be egg muffin, seafood sticks ( I'm thinking twice about buying these though as they are quite processed..any thoughts?) Fruit etc

Happy Friday!

Things are going in the right direction with life atm! We have been approved for a housing association so after a few more months saving we will have enough for a deposit! Although there are only 6 houses available so not getting our hopes up :( but we have been approved..its a step in the right direction.

I am at a cheese and wine night tonight at my friends house, a nice girl night in! I will try not go overboard!

Breakfast- yoghurt, fruit and boiled egg

Mid morning- egg muffin, rice cake and peanut butter

Lunch- sweet potato, cottage cheese and green beans

Tea- leek and potato soup

Cheese and I'm sure she will put on lots more food!

Roll on 7 pm!
