Yeah maybe. I see a lot of courgette in my egg muffins so hopefully I won't need to freeze any.
I'm feeling a bit blergh from this weekend (same as last weekend!) Why are they so bad?!
my plans for today ARE and WILL be..
Breakfast- 1 egg muffin, 2 weight watchers sausages (1 syn) satsuma
Lunch- vegetable soup ( leek, courgette, carrott) banana
Tea- chicken , mushrooms leek in coconut oil and soy sauce on a bed of carrot and courgette spaghetti
Evening snack- air popped popcorn and sf jelly
Lots and lots of water/sf squash
30 day shred ALL OF IT
RUN. For at least 15 minutes at a slow pace
