Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

So feeling a bit more positive. I did 17 minutes of 30 day shred but don't think it's for me...zzz boring!
I did a few minutes of hiit training from uTube, then I found a 7 minute workout app which I have installed and it is going to remind me to do it everyday. Along with running and using my kettle bell I should be able to shift this extra flab and tone a bit..

Now I just need to be in control over the weekend

Try whole30 honey it makes you committed. I feel the same with the shred - I find it a little dull, although no doubt it works xxxx.
 
I just need to find the right time! I'm not sure I can deal with the headaches lol. I've almost done it today except for I had a chocolate rice cake around the 3pm slump!
 
Sounds like you defo need something to keep you interested on the exercise front! Have you done anymore running?! Don't beat yourself up about days gone by...just remember the feeling now for next weekend and that will put you off! Xx

No running today. But I really hope to get out tomorrow!

I'm being persuaded (more like forced) to go running tonight haha so I'm sure you can get out
 
I've been running! I didn't record distance as I don't want too much pressure on myself atm but I was out for an hour jogging/walking so I'm happy with that!

The first text I received this morning was one of my friends asking me to do the 10k....errr yes!! It is very hilly though , that's the only thing I'm worrying about. I'm hoping to get signed up next week as I feel she may back out but that's just the push I need.

Shopping is due today so a big batch cook session will be done this afternoon

Breakfast- peanut butter on toast (2 syns) banana

Lunch- tuna stir fry with courgette and carrot noodles. Soy sauce

Tea- chicken, asparagus bake with added veg.

Hubby has asked for last night's tea again! I enjoyed it too so perfect!
Zoodles ( courgette and carrot) with mushrooms, mange tout, tomatoes and soy sauce, garlic and ginger powder. With chicken in djon mustard. And asparagus. Yummy!!

your tea looked gorgeous yesterday and its great rick liked it enough to want it again. Makes dinner easy.

No I didn't take a pic. I've been really hungry the past two days so it was demolished before I could get a photo!
I'm sure we will have it again!
I love, love, LOVE my spiraliser. I have a feeling it will get lots of use!
 
There is a bit of waste but not too much...mainly because I want to keep my fingers! The 'core' of the carrot comes out the other side and about the same size of the middle of the courgette but that could be chopped up and used. There is an attachment with spikes to put on the end of the vegetable so your fingers don't get caught but I find using my hand is a lot easier and more sturdy.

Between the two of us I used one courgette and one carrot which was a nice portion for a side dish. I cooked them a little too long yesterday and they reduced quite a bit though.

Eats for today

Breakfast- ff yoghurt, grapes, bloobs, melon, pomegranate and flax seed mix on top ( need to check syns for this)

Lunch- turkey chilli ( 0.5 syns for coconut oil and 7 syns for half an avocado)
Melon

Tea- chicken wraps with peppers , without the wrap..or I may take a weight watchers wrap as I'm eating at work

Evening snacks- boiled egg or egg muffin

I have done a few toning exercises, I'm getting headaches this week :/
