Just back from group - and lost 0.5lb - so still half pound from stone award.
Not much but star week so going to just carry on and hopefully will have nice loss next week

It was absolutely delicious - Worth every syn.
Not done one before but def going to do it again - tasted like a proper pizza (not into the SW smash pizza) x
 
I used a flat bread and put it in the oven for few mins on its own to crisp it up before putting on the topping (hate soggys bottoms lol :kissass: ) Def will be repeating it!

Hiya, I'm having egg fried rice tonight ;-)
FYI - cheese is HEA (some are HEB on green days only)

Thanks x Just realised so won't be putting cheese on my part of it lol x
Already syns in it cause realised lean mince not extra lean and don't want to make something seperate for me tonight as my mum and her friend coming for tea too.
 
Was lush and after doing red & green days was nice to have meat & potatoes lol.
As for the egg fried rice - agree, not right with brown rice lol
Def winter - wanting all the warm comfort foods at mo.
