Ahhhhhhh had a bit of a stressy eat (although gave myself permission ish to do so) so off to bed so can't eat anything else.

Had piece of hm orange frosted carrot cake 2" square (14 syns ?) & a hm ginger & chocolate cookie (5 syns ?) and tastes of mixture while baking (5 syns ?)

So had 55.5 syns so far this week out of poss 70 - 105

Walked miles - body magic???

Rode a motorbike on my own for the first time (only 10 mins but still great) - normally on back of hubbys.

Another early night for me (turning into a right light weight lol) so night all :nightf:

Was a great day although haven't moved today cause so tired lol
Was a Suzuki Vanvan (125cc) was that or a scooter and i wanted a real bike lol (oh has a Honda CBR fireblade so wont even look at scooters lol)

So, do you think you'll take your CBT ?
Then the test, or would you rather be a pillion ?

I love riding, I have a little Honda Rebel (250cc twin) great fun, although I must admit I'm a bit of a fair weather rider, well so far, although I did take my test in the pouring rain in the winter lol
I want something a bit bigger, but being a shorty ( 5'1") the dims on mine are perfect, so need to keep looking.
Great thing is, the OH now rides again (he hadn't ridden for 20 odd years)

I'm not sure what to do about CBT - as part of the ride at the weekend they have given me a free hours lesson so will do that and then decided.

Im soooo accident prone (i fall off my push bike lol) so convinced i'll do myself an injury or trash the bike but nice to know i can do it.
I enjoyed it more than i thought and oh desperate for me to ride.

Its the speed & freedom i love going on the back of his. I'm always saying go faster lol x
 
Thing is, if you get the right bike, you will feel comfortable and confident ....it might take sitting on a few to find 'the one'
You're a couple of inches taller than me, so gives you a bigger scope - my only word of advice is make sure you can get both feet flat - it makes so much difference

I bought a bike, had the seat scooped, but it was the wrong bike, then found this one.... Love, love, love it, and feel just as confident on this as I do in the car, even though I've been driving for many more years.

Take the lesson, see how you feel, is there any timescale to the lesson?
 
Just booked the lesson - next Friday 11am
Its a 1 hr taster so will see what happens then x
