Hi ya its a habit i have lol i drink plain water or very lightly flavored with sugar free juice, i keep a 2 litre bottle on my desk at work and just keep drinking it lol by the end of the day ive drunk 2 bottles then wen i go to the gym i drink Atleast another litre whilst working out then i have a can of diet coke with my dinner, thank you for the support altho i was naughty on Saturday night :-O so Im hitting the gym hard over the next few days x

Had the hubby at the hospital all morning so I didn't eat till 1pm
