Ess3X Girly - last chance to loose - Diary

Thanks ML. At least I now know it doesn't have to be dark.

Well busy day today - been sorting out for car bootsale on sunday (hoping the weather will be okay) So eating has been hit and miss. Had two babybel until now. I am having some stir fried duck breast yummy. Official Weigh In week 2 tomorrow so aiming on it being at least the 4lbs to make my 11lbs official although if my body can drop 3 more that would be nice for the stone lol!
Hope it stops raining!

Just started TOTM :( So hope that doesn't hinder the loss :(

Okay well up and weighed! And another 1lb off to that makes 4lbs this week! yay me! I love this diet - and I love this forum!

You are doing amazingly well !!! Brilliant loss! And so much focus and positivity!! Well done you! Xx

Thank you x Well feeling positive but then feeling a bit bad now as TOTM has kicked in and pains oh my god pains!! Just keep focused though they will go away

Great loss! Hope feel better soon!

Yay, really fab loss for you. TOTM is a pain in more ways than one but don't let it throw you xx

Well after two painkillers feeling much better. So I decided to give the swiss roll another crack now that my baking tray has arrived:

and ta da!

I have to admit I did eat a bit of the cream while waiting for it to cool down - oppsie! Made TOTM better though!

Have put in a new veggie bake - but have amended recipe, this time only used cauli (ran out of other veggies) have used phili with garlic and herb instead of seriously strong and added a bit of mustard, then before I put the dish in the oven I have sprinkled a small amount (about 2 tbs - of flax seed over the top to try and give it the crunch that breadcrumbs normally do) - well see in about 40 mins how that turns out

Had an idea with the swiss roll that I am going to try out maybe tomorrow - going to make it without the vanilla or sugar, add a little salt then make a salmon mouse to go in it for tea, not sure if this is going to work but I will try!

Wowee, Swiss roll looks better than mine ever do! Fantastic!

Eta: salmon mousse in a savory one should be great - it is essentially a flat souffle after all.

Cheese bake looks lush! So that was a good idea! With the flax made the top a bit crunchier

Wow I am going to try swiss roll, it looks lush. I am quite an adventurous cook but find when I am doing atkins I stick with mostly plain protein and greens, must change that.

Yes I tend to be boring with Atkins - must become more adventurous! Swiss roll looks amazing!!

Good Monday Morning All
Well busy weekend - visited my cousin on Saturday as she has had a baby, three weeks old called Phoebe 0 she is gorgeous so had lots of cuddles, then did a bootsale yesterday - up at 4.45am! Was very sleepy! Managed to stick to the plan - everyone else had bacon rolls (I just had the bacon!)
So back to normality today -still a bit tired from the early start yesterday but I'll get there, going to look at a few of the Atkins recipes this week just to make sure I don't get bored! Only 4 weeks to my holiday eek! So wanna drop some more weight!

Okay so still so tired today! Been really lazy and watching DVD's whilst doing the washing. Had egg mayo and lettuce for lunch with some cripsy bacon, but looking forward to roast chicken and veggies tonight.
Been CRAVING today for something different, just been trying to focus on the DVD's rather than the sandwich that keeps going round my head!

Any thoughts on soya flour seen it in some of the Atkins recipes not sure where to get it though?

I saw it on the low carb megastore - was going to get some but got the noodles instead! Lol
