Hi everyone, I haven't been around for a few days. Totally fallen off the wagon and cant seem to get myself back on. Been feeling very grumpy with myself so went and bought myself a designer hand bag today- bit of retain therapy! However, I have popped on for some reminders of how well SW works and that it does give results. I have given myself a set of mini treats which I will get as and when I reach certain mile stones, I shouldn't be buying myself things to make me feel better so now I will buy the things I really want at times when I have achieved. So here's my list so far:
When I lose 21lbs: nails done and hair cut
When I lose 2stone: a new pair of converse
When I lose 2.5 stone: benefit make up set
I'm undecided what the other treats will be but when I reach target I have already said that me and my friend are going to a spa for a weekend
So tomorrow I am going to a christening so will be drinking in the afternoon and having buffet food, but Monday I am on this. Need to go and renew my gym membership and there will only be a Thursday when I cant go as I take Tyler to karate. Hope everyone is well, will have a catch up on the forum and hopefully gain some inspiration and determination... if anyone has got any going spare, I'll appreciate donations!
