Red today

Breakfast: coffee (part HEA1 & 1 syn)
Lunch: jus-rol croissant (7 syns) WW sausage (0.5 syns) scrambled eggs, bacon
Dinner: chicken burgers with turnip chips (2 x HEB, 8 syns)
Snacks: WW yoghurt, banana, velvet crunch (4 syns) apple, blueberries
Total syns: 20.5

Thought the birds eye chicken fillets were free but theyre 4 syns each :(

Don't think I've had the best week this week! Would hate to put on this week seeing as its my first weigh in at class but after all the booze last night and too many syns over the week, I won't be surprised if I gain!!

Those birds eye reggae reggae chicken fillets are so worth the 4 syns! A perfect fix for a junk food craving without the high syns! Next time I'll just have the one though, I'm stuffed. Bit weird putting them on rolls I know but honestly it was ace.
 
Plan for today, EE I think

Lunch: homemade lentil & veg soup, grapes, blueberries, coffee (rest of HEA, 1 syn)
Dinner: chilli with basmati rice, with ribs (5 syns)
Snacks: peanut wafer (2.5 syns) harvest morn cereal bar x2 (HEB) aldi spiral (6 syns)
Total syns: 15.5

We bought pork ribs from Asda's reduced section last week, cost about 80p for about 12 ribs. I thought they'd be free but I guess the fat on them gives them the syn value? We slow cooked them overnight in a korean BBQ sauce, they smell so good! So we'll probably munch on those before dinner, will need to figure out the syns and add it to the diary later!!

Weigh in tonight! Hmmm really have no idea how I've done & can't even sneak on my scales cos they're different to the class ones :-(! Will find out later I suppose!!

Don't ask how that happened! I really have no idea! My own scales have been showing a gain all week lol throwing those ******* in the bin!!
 
Hmm it seems I have. I feel like I haven't actually got it though because of all the scales confusion :( this sucks! I hate WW and their stupid digital scales!!
 
Wow what a mega loss well done, defo seems like something wierd going on with their scales last week giving you such a mega gain but at least they are going down rapidly! X

Yeah its really weird, maybe I gained 10lbs in between my own WI and the class one? But I checked my weight at home last week after the class and they were 10lbs lighter. So confused! It would make sense that my weight is heavier than I thought though because I thought that getting closer to the 18s would make a difference and that I'd get into smaller clothes etc.. So to have only been just into the 19s makes sense, so I must have started heavier than my scales said.

I have a theory though lol... Everyone usually loses a lot on their first week so maybe SW mess around with the scales for first weigh in, to make it seem like a huge loss and get you hooked so you go back again and again :eek: !! Haha not that I'm paranoid or anything :)

Jeezo tis warm today! Will be having some yoomoo in celebration lol. Syns were low yesterday so the extra today should be ok!

Having drinks today because I'm basically becoming an alcoholic. This sunshine requires beer tho!

Apart from the synfest that is Heineken, today's been alright.... *cough*

Breakfast: iced mocha (6 syns plus HEA) iced doughnut (13 syns)
Lunch: bacon sandwich (HEB 2 syns)
Dinner: beef curry
Snacks: Heineken (21 syns)
Total syns: 42

The donut was not worth those syns!! I thought 8 or 10 ish but they're way too high for what you actually get - sticky fingers and disappointment!
 
Passed my biology exam today with full marks so celebrating with beer!

Tried this new low cal lager in Morrisons today, 5.5 syns a bottle which is pretty good for a 330ml :) but a 4 pack was £5 and the 12 pack of kronenbourg was £7 so that won! Will defo get the low cal stuff after pay day if its still beer weather :) its called Animee if anyone's interested! Zingy lemon flavour apparently!

Soooo syns are ruined with beer, but food has been ok.

Rekorderlig is my new fave and I like that they do little 330ml cans of it so not as many points/syns as big bottle! I like to have one of them then switch to spirit and diet mixer and don't feel too deprived! X
 
I tried that when they had it for £1 a bottle, think it was a raspberry one? From what I remember I enjoyed it!

See I would probably do that too to save on syns but we are pretty skint so just got the beer instead of a bottle of bourbon as it worked out cheaper!
 
The strawberry and lime is amazing or there's a new mango and raspberry one too! Argh sunshine makes me drink way more booze I always want it when it's sunny! X
 
Oh dear. Yesterday was fun but not at all on plan. Had a bbq & drank carling, lots of it!

Will no doubt have a gain tonight, but it will be deserved.
