Turkey wasn't defrosted last night so at 8pm we decided to order in a chinese meal.. Yesterday would have been fine if it wasnt for the bakers in the morning! Blaming my kidneys!!

Going to the cinema later so will need to control myself. Think I'll get an eat smart sandwich or sushi from Morrisons for lunch and avoid Greggs! Will take in some low syn crisps for snacking on during the film or light popcorn if I can find it at the shop.

EE today

Breakfast: coffee (part A)
Lunch: something sensible from Morrisons
Dinner: turkey! Not sure what we're doing with it yet
Snacks: none yet
Total syns: 0

Don't think I'm going to weigh in tomorrow. Think I'll do it next Tuesday seeing as I only got back on track on Tuesday and then messed up yesterday!

Would hate to gain tomorrow if I did weigh in :( cos I think I have! :(

Aahh! Had a burger from Frankie & Benny's!

Was a treat from the bf, does that make it syn free? :)

Okay, lets try this again! I have nothing coming up this week that will ruin the plan so going for it 100%. Not going to weigh on Tuesday just going to wait til next Saturday :) Going to do a freezer checklist later and plan out some meals so we don't have a frozen meat disaster again!

EE today

Breakfast: coffee (part A)
Lunch: french toast with bacon & a cheese slice (HEB plus 2 syns)
Dinner: thai green curry with turkey & basmati (7.5 syns)
Snacks: asda fat free mango yoghurt, velvet crunch (4 syns), yeo valley yoghurt (5 syns)
Total syns: 18.5

The curry paste is only 7 cals per serving so half a syn! It's just a spice paste, no oil or anything, so it's probably free but will count the half syn anyway. The coconut milk is 7 syns for half a tin though! Thats the light version aswell :(

So I had a job interview earlier this week that I really wasn't confident about. I mean, I didn't mess up the interview or anything but I just didn't think I'd get it because my confidence was pretty low after being fired and I'd started to expect rejection when it came to jobs... Got a call earlier asking me to start on Monday  :D :D :D sooo happy!

I started to sign on the day before the interview as well so I'm chuffed that I won't have to do that every fortnight after all!

Really pleased so thought I'd share with my food diary lol.

Just going to make a note of my meal plans for the next 5 days :) we might not do it in this order tho! We have got a lot of beef & pork to use

Sat: turkey thai green curry
Sun: steak mushroom thing that bf suggested
Mon: pork fried rice
Tues: beef or pork stroganoff
Weds: curry, beef or pork
Thurs: scallop risotto

Great news on the job what is it you will be doing? X

Cool handy place to work as you get a discount and they sell almost everything - laminated book of dreams lol!! X

Aw didnt realise I'd gone over syns last night :(! Will try to deduct them from today.

Ugh, did not stick to plan yesterday! Silly muffin. I don't think it was too bad a day though.. could've been worse.

Not eaten yet, probably should as I'm off to work in a couple of hours. Been drooling over recipes on Pinterest. They all claim to be healthy yet none of them are SW friendly! I did find a recipe for 6 syn muffins though! Converted all the cup measurements to grams and worked out the syns as I still have my online SW access, for 12 muffins its about 70 syns so not bad considering that's 3 Costa muffins! They look amazing too, Healthy is always better - lessthan300kcal: Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffin.... I'm not going to use the applesauce mostly cos I dunno where I would get it! And I'm going to substitute the greek yoghurt with total 0%, and maybe add more sweetener seeing as that stuff is pretty sour on it's own! Going to make them tonight or tomorrow maybe! See how the bf feels about a trip to the supermarket lol.

Dunno why I keep sabotaging myself so maybe a low syn muffin is what I need!

So EE today

Breakfast: coffee (part A)
Lunch: special K cereal bar (5 syns) 3 satsumas, greek muller (0.5 syn)
Dinner: pork fried rice with beansprouts, babycorn, mangetout, peppers & onion
Snacks: chicken bbq skewers (3.5 syns) toast with jam (HEB 2 syns) mars milkshake mix (rest of HEA 4 syns) grapes, satsuma
Total syns: 15

I resisted visiting the bakers AND Costa on my way home today! deserve a freaking medal! :D

Got my hours for the rest of the week today, working on Saturday - haven't done that in a while! Pretty excited to start properly as it's just been induction stuff these past 2 days, really want to start doing some actual work!

Bf said I can make those muffins on pay day lol. So will report the results when I make them :)

Went on the scales today and was pleased to see the 18s again! Hopefully they stay that way for official weigh in on Saturday :)

I can really see the weight loss now, noticed in the mirror how slim I'm looking! Well slim in a still fat way lol. I think when you can see the difference it makes you that more determined to stay on plan :D

I know I've been arsing around recently but no more!! I've done so well its absolutely pointless to let it slip now!! You can't spend 7 months working hard to put it all back on in less than half that time - thats how easy it'd be for me to gain what I've lost. Not letting that happen :)!

I joined the 6 months to xmas challenge and have aimed for 30lbs this time, more doable than the last target I set! Really think I can achieve this one :)

I was looking at the before/after pics on the forum and couldn't stop thinking I wish that was me! So I'm gonna do it :D I'm going to get to target! Eventually lol I'm not in a rush :)

EE today

Breakfast: coffee (part A)
Lunch: special k bar (5 syns)
Dinner: scallop, bacon, asparagus, leek & onion risotto
Snacks: galaxy flutes (6 syns) weetabix (HEB & rest of HEA) 3 satsumas, greek muller (0.5 syn) mango, kiwi, eggs & ham on a slice of wheat and gluten free bread (the bf is an idiot & bought the wrong bread!! 3.5 syns)
Total syns: 15

I really think those special k bars should be a B choice, they taste just like fibre bars :)

Got a galaxy flute to try so having that after dinner :D

Gonna grab more fruit today too as I ate all the grapes last night, oops!

Sound very motivated just now chick good for you! Yeh I still counted those special k
Ones that are just like the fibre plus as a heb. Oh and they are a quid a box in Asda just now! I refuse to pay £2 lol! X

Yep pretty motivated! Finding it hard though been really hungry today. But I've managed to stick to it 2 days in a row now which is great considering my recent behaviour lol!

They're £1 in Tesco too! £2 is ridic! Bf eats medley bars cos they are always on offer. I just get whatever is 5 syns ish and £1 lol xx
