Thanks! Gym - 15 mins stepper, 2000m (11 mins) rowing machine, 15 mins bike - just over 300 cals burnt. And day 1 of 30 day squat challenge completed, 50 squats!

I only do power plate occasionally for a change, not sure how effective it is.
