Calls have been ok today, I worked 9-3 so more or less just got home and now I'm tidying up and first night back after Xmas at scouts tonight so that should be ok :) I'm having an 8oz steak tonight with a jacket, looking forward to it cos I'm well hungry lol

God isn't it frustrating when you have that one friend who's boyfriend treats her like utter rubbish and she complains to you non stop yet DOES ZERO ABOUT THE PROBLEM lol maybe I'm a tough tight bit.ch but I certainly would never be walked all over by anyone! Well I weighed In this am, tomorrow it will have been 1 week since starting diet and I'm currently 8lbs lighter despite all the malt loaf lol! I think a definite key to success is planning meals so you can't stray from track, and something I've never done is start my cals a little higher than I norm would, because now I am looking forward to lowering them next month to kick start the weight loss again,

How's work?! When will you hear about your pgce?

I've just changed my degree to English lit and creative writing and somehow have ended up with a 1200 word essay on Christianity to write..... Since when is that English lit!!! Aghh!!!

Unfortunately the weight is still creeping on. Gained 1st 4 at the mo. trying to cut back this week and at least keep track on mfp. Was thinking of buying a fitbit.

Getting on reallllly well! I'm deffo on it now, at long last haha weight is going in the right direction, I'm dropping my calories next month to 1200 which I'm hoping will see the weight drop once again,

Ooo that's what my degree is it!! Christianity? Huh lol not quite English lit haha unless they want you to refer passages of a book to religion? Quite odd haha I loved my degree, the creative writing aspect was brill,


PGCE wise, I cancelled my edge hill one, and put in for man met, there's no maths science tests with them so I'm confident I'll pass this time haha haven't got an interview yet but I got one last year so I'm hoping they give me another one, (I never attended last year though)

Woah that weight has crept up hasn't it, I'm guessing your all bump though now? Is it slimming world diet your able to do while pregnant? I'm sure I heard that lol I think that's the sort of diet plan I'd be following if I was pregnant anyhow just because of how healthy it is really. Got any cravings yet!? Lol x

It's supposed to be slimming world diet you can follow which Is how I lost all my weight but I need more flexibility. Sw is too expensive to follow because if all the fruit and veg so I'm trying to stick around 1500-2000 calls now. Pay day today though so might go shopping and see if I can do a week on sw.

It's about how tradition in Christianity was restored and I just can't see how it is relevant.

I was more bump pictures! Lol

Boyfriend said it would be better for us to try for a baby mid way through PGCE so I still have time to do my nqt between having a baby etc think it's up to 3 years to complete the nvq which is plenty of time
