Yesterday was full of healthy choices hun! Dont be hard on yourself just because you went a few over. You know its achievable and you have done fabulous before! Good luck for wednesday, i have everything crossed for you xxx

I've just had my ready brek lol and off to work in a min, the boyfriend bought me a cath kidston bag yesterday lol
He said it was meant to be a surprise for when you loose a stone haha but it came in cath kid wrapped bag! So I knew what it was haha

At 4pm I was sooo not in the mood for anything and well hungry! I wasn't doing my job properly and I just couldn't be arsed lol I've not had loads and loads of cals today so I'm gonna have what I want tonight with diet coke, maybe have a pudding too, I might make a few conscious decisions about the food tonight we'll see :)

Today's calories haven't been that good if I'm honest!

I'm concentrating on my interview on Wednesday and revising like a mad woman!

I really want this :-( I'm worried I'm gonna look like a fool if I fail again, I hope after I've done my interview they put me out of my misery soon and not another two weeks lol

I'm currently revising like a mad woman, my presentation is more or less under the belt, however my written piece is written but not completely memorised, I hope the other applicants tomorrow suck so I look half decent lol ooo meow! Haha x

Two rubbish days with bad food choices! That's like sat a bit of sun mon and today! The bad decisions are creeping up on my again, I can't wait to join the gym on Friday, I'm hoping I start making better judgement
