well another gain for me despite being 100% i have had enough now and im off to try some other things for a couple of weeks.

yes and no im not leaving yet, i just want a break.
i have lost just 8.5lb in 13 weeks. i have kept food diaries and the only thing my swc can see that im doing wrong is not eating enough at meal times. i exercise and i eat as much as i possibly can get in/afford already! she advised to keep at it even though i might STS or gain for a few weeks, which im not at all happy with.
i think i am at a sticky weight and need a change because the being on plan yet not loosing anything and now gaining is making me really very unhappy:cry:

I totally understand hun. What are you going to do instead?
Slimfast. but before anyone scoffs there's a few reasons...
- i have done slimfast before years ago and lost 2st (was much younger and pre-baby then tho)
- i found an un-opened tin of milkshake powder in the cupboard and at £5 a tin i dont want to waste it
- im sick of opening my 'dry food & tins' cupboard and things falling on me! i sat and listed everything in there and came up with 19 meals!!! only a few things SW friendly though so this week will be a good chance to use these random things up in my evening meal. things like cooking sauces & soups which are fairly low cal, but high syns. my shopping bill for 3 of us is usually a shocking £100 - how can i justify that when i have sooo much stuff backing up in the cupboard

I have WI this morning and I know I will have a gain. AF is due and I have had a bit of a bad week food wise
I gained 1.5lb this week which means I have gained 1.5lb in February
