Ooooh lots of exercise!! I didn't realise swimming burnt so much off. Will have to get myself back into the pool once this cold clears :) I've started using MFP, its great isn't it? Do you log your food on there too?

Whens your next weigh in, fingers crossed for a big result on the scales x
 
I sometimes log my food in there. I'm suppose to weigh in today but my coach is telling me to hold off on doing so. I don't think it'll be a big loss.
