I've heard colief is good, although I think of you are bf you have to express to add it to the milk as it breaks down the lactose or something.

Done 230kcal on biketrying to increase by 10 a day so it doesn't seem too overwhelming!!! X
Lol i love the taste of gripe water, my husband thinks i'm crazy. Just got back from my mums a couple of hours ago and it was a nightmare as usual but atleast the children enjoyed themselves. I was the topic of discussion as some women were too scared to come ask me outright if i was pregnant instead they were gossiping about me(my cousin told me that)! So not overly happy right now but will get over it. Hows tonignt for you xMy gran used to swear by gripe water. Infacol just tastes nice lol, no she was moaning but not as bad as previous nights so maybe we're getting somewhere. How is everything your way? X
Yep i think i will be the talk of the town, What she got 4 under 5s, shock! horror! I dont see what their prob is as long as me and my husband can look after our children but than again i know for a fact that most of their husbands dont lift a finger so i suppose they think mines the same.

Aww hun sts is still good maybe your body is still adusting after having a baby. It usually takes atleast 6 weeks thats why we have a 6 weeks checkup but its took around 6 months for my hormones to calm down! You are doing so well because i know how hard it is to eat healthy and not reach for the nearest convenience food after a baby thats why i put on a lot of weight after having baby. Also are you eating and drinking enough, i know that can sometimes stop weightloss x
I think I'm eating enough. Could drink more i guess?? Maybe up the "good" calories and fluids?? X
Could be that you are exercising too. Building muscle up can make a difference to weight to begin with.

Sometimes there doesn't seem to be any reason for STs or a gain does there? Hopefully next week your hard work will pay off.
As the other lady said, hormones etc are probably playing havoc with your body still so soon after the birth of your baby too.
How's your babies colic now? A friend of mine has a 6 week old baby who had terrible colic. Was using infacol, changed to gripe water and she said it has worked magic with her little one.

Make sure your drinking enough and not dehydrated. Make sure your having enough iron rich food too xxx
I'm having more fruit than veg at the moment ugh I think I need to sit an plan my meals... I'm probably not drinking enough to be honest. I should make a bottle of water for the fridge and sip throughout the day, all my ideas are great but never put into practice lol boo to that x
