I have gone over by 15 today, and I thought oh a couple more biscuits Wont hurt and on the way to kitchen I changed tack and am not sitting in bed with Isobel trying to distract from the sugar!! X

Well done for not going back for more. Biscuits are very hard not to go back for more!

Dinner diet coke chicken rice salad

Hi b, Isobel really putting me through my paces whew hard times!! Imogen is being a gem when he has to wait for things etc but terrible twos kicked in as well damn babies lol love them. How's your little dude?? X

He's doing really well. We've dropped his dreamfeed, although he still wakes a couple of times, but puts himself back to sleep. Awwww well done Imogen, what a good big sister waiting!!! Xx

Good boy you're onto a winner when your baby can self soothe :) Imogen is such a great sleeper x

Bike 300kcal!! 30 min walk... Not feeling a weight loss this week BUT I may manage to tone up which suits me fine... So long as I'm gettin smaller dont really care too much if its lbs or inches!!!! X
 
I need to follow your example and do some exercise. If it stops raining this week I'm going to try and get out more. X

Gosh honey the only reason I'm forcing myself to exercise is cause I'm having 5-10 extra syns a day?! On the other hand I'm going to start my Pilates DVD up again for quick toning ;) x

Pilates rocks hun, I'm a huge fan! lol! I'v been fortunate that I'v been able 2 continue doin my pilates every day whilst pregnant, I do at least 30/40mins everyday n I'm totally convinced it's helped control my weight gain as well as preventing all the aches n pains that my friends seemed to suffer from during their pregnancies. Obviously it's "prenatal" pilates I'm doin these days n I'l plan 2 stick at it as long as poss n get rite back 2 it as quick as poss after the birth! I was thinkin of keepin on wif the prenatal versions til after my 6wk check up b4 goina back 2 the regular stuff - watcha reckon? Let me kno how find goin back 2 it.... x
 
You will have to check with midwife alli see what they say about it but this time I've managed to get back into bike and long walks before six week check up I think you just need to listen to your body. But I can't see why you can't start up early if you have a nice straightforward birth. How long till your bubbie is born?? X
 
Well fingers x'd 4 a straight forward birth hun! lol! I'v 8wks left til due date n I as much as I'm not lookin 4ward 2 the actual labour/birth (cos I'm a bit terrified of that!) I'm really lookin 4ward 2 meetin baby n also getting my body back n avin it all 2 myself! lol! :)
