Bah only lost 1/2 lb this week gutted. Anyway better than putting it on I guess.
Breakfast melon strawberries grapes
Lunch pulled pork and salad
Dinner chicken pasta bake made with pasta in sauce lol (courgettes) had a banana before dinner too
H ex a milk x2 yogurt cheese x2

Pilates?? See how I feel later x

Ok so getting a little (read a LOT) frustrated with the two girls...
ISOBEL - screams ALL the time I mean you can rock her to sleep it works a treat but the second you lay her anywhere cot swing bouncer her eyes flip open and the screaming starts again. She's feeding normally and is generally well but this kid doesn't sleep!! Why the hell won't she fecking sleep??? I cannot do another night like past couple nights!!
IMOGEN - generally being a really hyper toddler and is really helpful and loving to her sister but is back chatting me something rotten and winding her dad up so he's constantly yelling and *****ing and I'm literally at the end of my rope!!

Thanks alli, Isobel is being a total nightmare. Guess its just a shock cause Imogen was a breeze. Anyhow will just muddle through. X

Isobel sounds like my first daughter and I think eventually she will need a bit of tough loving. With my first she just wouldnt go down so i had to let her cry it out, as long as she was fed, clean nappy etc. They tend to get used to all the cuddles and rocking off to sleep and also smell of mummy so you could also maybe put an item of your clothing where ever you want to settle her. The controlled crying took a few days of patience but it worked x
Imogen's probably not liking all the screaming and attention her sister is getting so maybe thats why she is backchattng to her daddy to get attention too x

Hi safia.
I've started to let her cry a bit when she's down somewhere safe. Imogen did cry it out when she was little and survived to tell the tale lol. X

She's been better today. Started day badly screamin and pissed off then calmed right down at bout 11,30 and not a fuss since. Fingers crossed xx
