I'm feeling great today thanks, not at work so feeling much cooler. Also nearly done a whole week on plan! Wooo....haha. :)
Your chips looked lovely, I've had a craving for chips this week, I've used about 20 of my syns on McCain chips this week, a waste really, i could have made sw chips, I've thoroughly enjoyed them though! :)

I found out boiling then in salt water for 7 mins then cooking on one of those mesh things is the key!! X

Dinner grilled chicken SW chips salad

H ex a milk x2 cheese
H ex b alpen lights x2

Syns hot chocolate 2 smarties 9 yogurt 1.5 butter 3 (15.5)

Day 7 of 30 day shred.. Boo hoo lol biked 200kcal!! X

Doubt I've lost in lbs but I look more defined in the mirror.. I've been taking pics in bra and pants so I can compare at the end I really should measure properly!! X

Are you moving into level2 anytime soon you crazy lady?? I keep saying I'm going to start doing it again when babyB has his morning nap, but I've got back into bed today instead!!! Lol!!!

3 more of level one and then it's onto level 2!! Ouch. I had the DVD but now I only have the cover lol so been doing off you tube and there's no level 3??? Now what lol x

Of course! I was thinking that you'd done one week you'd be moving levels - baby brain!!! Erm... Don't know, maybe just do level 2 instead?? 15 days of each? X

Hi Hun how far gone r u and how much have u gained so far or lost? I'm active trying at mo I'm joining slimming world I want to loose 2 stone and that's without the gain for pregnancy :( so the least I put on the better plus if I can loose in first two trimesters then great can u do 30 day shred when pregnant? X

Hi!! I'm not pregnant, I've got a 7 month old and still have baby brain!!!!! I only did 30 day shred once during pregnancy, but I had some bleeding and stopped all exercise. I think you may need something gentler if you've not been doing it already. I think it's a really good idea doing slimming works whilst pregnant, it's not a diet, it's a healthy eating plan with no restrictions. I gained 2st5lbs during pregnancy, I was at target already so you could probably gain alot less, and once the baby is born you will lose alot and weigh less than when you got pregnant. Be kind to yourself though, pregnancy is tough. How far along are you? Xxx
 
I'm going to do mainly red days until my holidays i think maybe the carbs are doing it and if that doesn't work I have to go low cal I think.. 5 weeks now of not moving and then a tiny gain?? Ugh. X
 
RED DAY

Breakfast grapes yogurt
Lunch danio yogurt tomato and cheese pasta
Dinner grilled gammon SW wedges salad

H ex a milk x2 cheese
H ex b potato 230 g alpen light pasta 100g cooked

Syns hot chocolate 2 danio 2.5 galaxy 10 (14.5)

I'm going to have a day off from exercise I'm tired and just don't want to even think of it!!

How does your body feel? Your exercising a lot, maybe it's muscle gain??? Red days sounds like a good idea, or success express - 2/3 superfree might help. Reducing syns a bit? I dunno, it doesn't seem right that your not losing :(

Body has changed around my waist but hips and rest still quite large. I guess making fruit and veg main part of my day might help?? It sucks but hey? X
