Hey hun, I hope yer avin a fab time n as Sammy says don't worry bout yer eattin - just njoy yerself!!! Sorry I aven't been I touch over the last few days but unfortunately we got re-admitted 2 hospital on Mon as Sam developed a skin condition called scalded skin syndrome, which he most likely got in hospital in the 1st place! It was quite gruesome lookin as it really did look like scalds all over his wee body, n we hada stay in 2 get 5 days of iv super antibiotic but the important thing is now we'r home n he's on the mend! He's got another 9day course of oral antibiotics which I'm ave 2 syringe in2 his mouth which of course tastes disgustin n he spits out immediately! I don't kno Y they can't make it more pleasant tastin 2 encourage babies/small children 2 accept it!? So basically all thots of SW ave gone out the window n I didn't start back on plan properly on Wed as intended BUT I'm determined 2 get on track from this Wed comin. Gona try doin a diary on here as well in the hope that it'll help....

Imogen loves any medicine lol she's a total little addict especially gripe water :)
Im gonna start fresh tomorrow and try filling inmy diary :) x

Lunch chicken fillet bread roll salad 1/2 small portion chips (shared with Imi)
Dinner SW cottage pie broccoli

H ex a milk
H ex b bread roll

Syns chips 9 chocolate 10 (19)

Can't believe your even thinking about being on plan! well done, I would definitely be like "sod it" I'm on hol! xx

I was thinking about you this morning! Wondered if you were home or MIA! Half a stone is nothing, I'm currently at centre parcs and everyone keeps telling me how holiday weight just drops straight off so hoping that it will! X

I landed at half six this morning at heathrow and got caught in London traffic and trip to Eastbourne was brutal!! Here's hoping our hols weight flies off! X
 
Thanks b I'm not too phased cause I'm on SW red days with a vengeance !! The girls were so good other passengers came up to us and sad how good they were x
 
Welcome home huni! As the other girls said never worry bout a measly 7lb, u'l ave that off in a couple of weeks just. Red days will b just the ticket 4 that, I always find I lose well on them xx
