Ok today was a complete waste my poor belly!! :(


So..... I am joining group again!! Yay! I think I need the structure and the fact that if I put on weight I need to "answer to someone" so Thursday is it!! X

It doesn't look like a good day quantity wise but I've got an infection in my wisdom tooth so eating soft food is My main aim today :) x

Aw I hope yer not in 2 much pain huni, my hubby Chris suffered terribly wif his wisdom teeth. I notice u aven't posted wat yer avin 4 dinner - mayb soup or sumthin like that wud b easiest 4 u 2 eat.... xx

Oh alli it's the worst!! I got some clove oil so it's now numb so tonight is burger and chips lol chewing on my right hand side only. I have a small fever too ugh :( x

Eeep today is the day!! Joining group again! I weighed myself at home and I'm 12stone 5lbs can't remember what the difference between scales is. I've convinced my neighbour to come with me lol slimming buddy will keep me on track :) x
