Haha 'Quaver Attack' sounds like a bad film. Probably similar theme to Serena's 'Revenge of the Pom Bears' the other night, and one of my favourites 'The true story of Worcester sauce French Fries'!
 
Food sounds yum any plans for the day

Might do a bit of exercise seeing as it's my day off, or not, might just laze about on the sofa reading and looking through my walking guides and marking some walks ready for our trip to the Lake District, getting excited now :D

I couldn't leave them alone, knew I shouldn't have bought a multi pack, at least it was only a 6 pack and not the twelve pack rofl! I think that would be worse veiwing than big brother though, me sat on the sofa with scary hair in my jim jams scoffing bag after bag of quavers :rotflmao::bolt:

Pie is all prepared, hope it turns out ok, it worked out at 8 pp each, could have just used 1 sheet of filo but I'm not doing any potatoes with it so thought I'd do 2 sheets so it would be more filling, can't wait for lunch :D :eat:

Just scoffed a cheese cake experiment I made earlier, didn't work out the points until afterwards and it came out at 8pp, tweaked the recipe a bit and got it to 5pp for next time I try it, would have been perfect if the aldi sugar free orange jelly crystals I used hadn't gone lumpy :( Other than that it was lovely :) I actually made it for tomorrow but me and Mark were hovering around the fridge like flies around a pile of the proverbial! Rofl!

I will after I've got around to testing it to make sure it works lol! There is one in one of the WW recipe books that is 5pp a slice which I used as a start, it's in the simply satisfying book I think.

Not agood day today, only lose half a pound this week and it put me in a crappy mood, plus I was given a Warburton's orange fruit loaf at work, add these two together and I ended up scoffing 5 slices without thinking :break_diet: Just fed up with myself today.
 
Free Food certainly can't be turned down! Maybe you could freeze the rest of the loaf in one or two slice portions to save temptation? They will only take about half hour to defrost but it will stop the ability to eat one after another in future. Don't let today's bad day ruin your week tho. Chin Up Sweetie. X

Half a pound is still a loss, and your food looks great, so you are doing well, losing weight and eating good food doing it! Draw a line under the Warburton's - I understand the temptation there though! Today is a new day. You can do it!
 
After Monday's bad day I had an horrendous day yesterday, scoffed 4 aldi mini ice cream lollies one after the other, it's not helping that my breaks at work are getting later and later so I'm ending up with a break about half an hour before home time. Not good when I've been there since 6:30 in the morning and only had a couple of breakfast biscuits or a 30g serving of cereal. Actually said something today because it was 20 past 11 and I was finishing at 12 and had asked to be taken off the till so I could nip to the loo. I got a 'I'll take you off after I've put the fish cakes in for our sandwiches'. I said 'sorry but I need to go now and as I'm finishing at 12 I'd like my break too'. They don't think! Because they are all in the office or bakery or pottering about on the shop floor, they all usually have a pastry first thing with a cuppa, while I get to drink my tea while I'm on the till. I'm just so fed up this week, I've been starving all week when I've got in, even though I've taken stuff with me I haven't had time to eat and this is why, as soon as I get near food I'm shovelling it in.

Anyhoo only just got around to pointing everything from yesterday

I used to like taking my break late at work so I didn't have much time till the end of each shift but i think they are pushing it slightly ;-) ITs funny isn't it how we can go without food for hours but as soon as we spy it we can't stop eating! I'm exactly the same! X

Thanks so much ladies, don't know why I feel so down at the mo, I should be happy I'm off on my hols in two weeks. I need a break at about 10am as I really should be eating a bit of something to keep my sugar levels stable, otherwise they get too low and I end up feeling shaky and sick. I have my breakfast at 5:30am so going until 12:30 or 1pm is too long.

Anyhoo enough of my whining here's today's food, did better today as I've been at home and got up late so didn't need brekkie. I've included a little snack and a cup of hot milk for my supper so I don't feel deprived lol!
