How do u find the 3 Mile Walk? I've only ever stuck to the 1Mile, I must be a wuss!!! PS-Moussaka sounds yummy, I love trying a new recipe! X
 
I loved the 3 mile, I felt the 1 mile is a bit too easy for me, I'm used to marching up and down hills with the OH in the Peak District lol! We go hill walking and hiking, but haven't managed to get out much just lately. Going away to the Lake District in a few weeks so need to up the fitness level as OH has 'plans'. Think he's trying to kill me off lol! I work in our local co-op so I'm on my feet 6-8 hours, 5 days a week as it is. Knees are sore today though, I think I will carry on for a while with the 3 mile and then maybe in a couple of weeks try the 5 mile. Last time we went to the lake district, we walked 60 miles in 4 days, I was knackered!
 
I had completely forgotten about Lesley and her walking vids. I have them on my laptop. Think I will start them again this week as I need to get my exercise levels up again
 
I've only just discovered them from reading everyone's diaries on here and people raving about them. Nice gentle exercise, nothing to hard on the old hips, knees and ankles :)

Yes, they're great aren't they? When I was doing them before I was doing a lot more other exercise as well, so I think I'll start with the 1 mile first this time.

Blimey. that's a lot of walking at work!!! I bet you're looking forward to your trip to the Lake District,where will you stay? Do u camp? I really should try different Leslie but want to do 30DS once I'm home really.x

No idea what I'm having today yet, I think smoked haddock gratin from the ww mag. Had a pretty bad pain day yesterday and very fatigued, slept a lot of the day. Just think I'm starting to win my battle with the fibro and it comes back and kicks me in the @$$! Could hardly manage getting out of bed, never mind exercise :cry: Ended up having a chippy tea, I did weigh my chips etc. Just hope I allowed enough pp for the sausage and mushy peas as they don't have fried sausage or chippy mushy peas on the tracker. Used a lot of weeklies yesterday as I ate a lot!

Going to try a little gentle exercise today, maybe some yoga off Fitness Evolved 2012 Xbox, also my new weights came this morning. I was going to order some of the zumba sticks but they were like £40 just for the sticks, managed to gets some pineapple dumbbells for £8.

Mmmmmm Chippy Chips! It annoys me that Chip Shops and Kebab Shops aren't in the Eat Out Guides! X

That's why I normally always stick with Dominos, easy for tracking as they are all pretty much the same.x
 
Yeah, that's why I prefer going to chain food places, at least you have a good idea what you're getting :)

Today's nosh, wow, just had dinner and I an STUFFED!! :eat: It was gorgeous though, will definitely be making it again, recipe was from the latest WW mag, I just tweaked it a little as I didn't have low fat cheese or skimmed milk.

Well I'm having a tassimo costa latte at the mo so that's another 2, to be honest I'm so stuffed I don't think I could eat another morsel lol!

Long day today, worked 6:30am to 2pm, home feeling crap so didn't do much, than decided an hour and a half ago to do one of the 3 mile Leslie whatshername's vids. Off to bed now, going to have a read for half an hour. Same shift tomorrow, plus I have my 6 monthly work review and the asthma clinic after work, then off to Mum's for an hour cos apparently she has been phoning all week :rolleyes:, She hasn't, she rang on Monday evening while I was at work and that is the only miss call we've had, but she just has to make me feel bad as I haven't spoken to her since last week.
