For everyone who's lost a century or aiming to.

Only tip I can give is to keep chipping away sometimes I find I will lose about 0.5lb then 2/3 wks later I will have a 3-4lb loss it's just our bodies adjusting, if u keep doing what ur doing then it will come off.

I got to goal tonight with a 4lb loss bringing my total loss to 107.5lbs (7st9.5lbs) now a gold member after starting my journey 19mths ago!!
