From here to Eternally Slim "Team Challenge" 1 July - 2 August. We can do it!!!

Well I put on 2 lb this week so I've only lost 5.5lbs this month - which looking at it isn't bad as it's just over a 1lb a week!! - quite pleased with that I guess :)
Thinking about it I also managed my 7000 steps almost every day of this month :)

WEll.. I STS so thats 5.5lb gone and didn't meet my challenge. Well done to those who did. I won't be doing an August one, only as I'm away for most of it, but would like to do the September one and will set that up when im back.

HI EF and all the ladies!!!

I've had no internet access for weeks so couldnt be on here :-(

After my fab loss of 5.5lbs at week 2 the rest didnt go so great but here it is

Week 3: + 2lbs

Week 4: - 1lbs

Didnt make target I was hoping but still lost which for me is the main thing!

Is there another challenge this month? If so I've since lost 3lbs :)

I think August went a bit flopsy with everyone being on holiday - I reckon we start afresh on Sept 1st. How does everyone else feel about that?
 
I just had two weeks hol and gained 4lb sept 1st sounds great plus kids go back to school so back to normal will keep a look out for new challenge.
 
Right, Sept 1st it is! I am not setting a huge target for September, on the basis that I think the next few weeks are going to be in the lap of the gods. I shall "aim" for my 10 week challenge target of 2lb per week, I think.
