Well I put on 2 lb this week so I've only lost 5.5lbs this month - which looking at it isn't bad as it's just over a 1lb a week!! - quite pleased with that I guess
Thinking about it I also managed my 7000 steps almost every day of this month
Eternalflame - WI Tuesday,-5.5lb gone,now to loose 4.5lb's, 6000 steps 4 times a week
