From here to Eternally Slim Team June - July Challenge

just updating how far i am with the challenge iv only managed to loose 2.5lbs in total so its looking unlikely that ill reach a goal of 14 lbs

however im gonna aim to loose as much as i can before next months challenge and then set my goal a little lower as i seem to be a slow loser at the minute

I have 3lb's to go to complete the challenge.
So this week I'm going to stick to green and red days and I'm going to up my body magic - I've still not managed to do the exercise DVD as yet so this week I'm hoping to do it at least a couple of times.

I'm picking up a new lawnmower tomorrow - it's a push along one so I'm hoping that will help as tomorrow will be spent trying to sort out the garden and mowing the lawn both front and back - I'm sure that will help with losing the 3 lbs - I'm hoping so anyway :)

EF, beginning of the week was EE, then whatever day it was I had that convo with you about red days, fri/sat I had red from then till weigh in yesterday. Was funny, the consultant and the woman who does the weigh ins, as soon as I got off the scale were muttering "Slimmer of the Week, I bet its her" "Yep, definitely, Slimmer of the week", and then when she gave it to me she was going "I knew you were SOTW before I even checked".

I am going to end up being that person that people try and trip up on the way out of group and give a swift kicking to in the toilets. I know I cant help it that I am posting good losses and they are not, but at the same time, it cant help their motivation if the same person keeps doing well and they are being made to feel like they are letting the side down, (which was basically what everyone was told last night, the league tables for losses lately have took a big hit, when the group was in third for the area).

I cant stay posting this sort of loss forever, and I dont expect to. I just wish more people would post good losses, so that the overall mood improved.

Just sorted dinner... Bombay potatoes (done and ready to go!)
Chicken tikka (on skewers and chilling in fridge) Ready for BBQ Raita (done) and mixed salad. Thats me free now to catch some rays!!!!:D

SW is a lovely way to enjoy food, it just takes a bit of planning and time!
