From here to Eternally Slim Team June - July Challenge

I weighed in a day early and I have lost 2lb so didn't quite meet my target but happy just the same:D
Right I need to decide on my challenge for next month
Eternalflame - To loose 14lb (-13.5, 1/2 to go) Exercise - Walking 8000 steps 3 times a week
MadameLaMinx- To lose 14lb. (-16.5lb, 2.5 over!!!! DONE!
xxtannyxx - To Lose 18lb. (-20.5lb )2.5 over !!! DONE!!
Jude1234 - to lose 14lb (- 12, 2 to go)
Rosiepeace - to lose 12lb (-8, 4 to go) (do at least 30mins a day of exercise DVD)
emmaleonie1984 - to loose 8lb -2.5, 4.5 to go)
JoJo69 - to loose 14lb (-7lb, 7lbs to go)
Lennis - to loose 14lb (-2lb, 12 to go)
kel86- to loose 14lbs weigh in on a monday_
Judimac- to lose 14lb (weigh in Tues and do 1.5 hours of exercise a week.)
Nikkiruth to lose 14lb's (WI on Monday)(-9lb, 5lbs to go):)
Milliemoo to lose 10lb's (-4lbs, 6lbs to go (WI on Wed))
Jilly78 to lose 10lbs (wi on tues)
Twinkletoes - to lose 14lbs (WI on Thursday)
Leighleigh to lose 7lbs (wi on Monday)
Patsy101 to lose 5lb (WI on Monday)(-2 1/2) (-1 lb)

Jees... I was gona track said person down and ask for food diary for week:8855::8855:

12lb in month is still cracking though... I'm loosing at a 1lb a week... but its heading in the right direction!:)
 
Lol..Patsy, I would have got that diary from Jude too.. A loos is a loss, but know how you feel.. my losses slowed to a lb a week, so shook it up.. Did mostly Red Days with 2 EE days, one for mid week and one on sunday's with a roast, and that worked this week. Can't hurt trying it. xx
 
To be honest, I think I am a bit frightened of trying red or green. Been on EE for two months and know it inside out, do it now without thinking. So would need to get the old SW bible out and re train the brain!
 
Will dig them out tonight and have another look... see what I think then.

Right... back to the housework!
