Just a 0.5lb loss to report this week
, not sure why either as I have been following the program just as I was doing. Can't even blame * week as I don't get periods as I have a coil.
Oh well will have to try harder next week, it is just difficult at the mo as OH is working away in Italy so I can't get any time away from the kids to do any exercise.
