FUNCURLS FOOD DIARY, BLOG and CHIT CHAT!! New target set!!

I'm the same, clotheswise, but I'm a hoarder, so I have loads of small things from before, which are fitting again. Mind you, I was moaning at a friend on Saturday, saying that everytime I go out, I buy a new outfit, and I just don't get the wear, and then what do I do? Go and order a new top for a gig we're going to! Duh!!! It was in the sale though, that's my excuse!

Week 40- Day 4 (Fri)- Green- Day off.

Breakfast- 3 egg omlette with 28g cheddar (HEXa1) and 2 Quorn sausages. A peach and some cherries.

Lunch- Some of friend's sushi on train to Cardiff (1.5 syns). A few grapes.

4 of friends' olives in Cafe Rouge (1 syn).

Supper- Carluccio's restaurant in Cardiff- Tomato/pepper/garlic bruschetta (with drizzle of olive oil)- (?6 syns). Pasta with tomato based sauce, olives, anchovies (?5 for olives and olive oil).

On way home on train- Luscious lemon HIFI bar (HEXb) and 2 clementines.

Milk in 3 coffees (Part HEXa2).
Didn't have 2nd HEXb!

Total syns ?13.5
 
Week 40- Day 5 (Sat)- Red- Day off.

Breakfast- 10.30am- 2 Weetabix (HEXb1) with sliced peach, strawberries and red grapes with 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HEXa1).

1 Oreo cookie (2.5 syns).

Lunch- 3.30pm- Freshly roasted chicken without skin and a big salad- Mixed leaves, watercress, green pepper, red chilli, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot and 30g mozzarella (3/4 HEXa2). Balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and 1 tbspn xl mayo (0.5 syns).

Before going out- 6.30pm- Weetabix Oatibar (HEXb2). Vanilla/choc sprinkles Mullerlight. Mango Shape Zero yogurt.

At friend's house 7.30pm- Walkers Sensations crisps (approx 15 syns!)

Total syns 18.

Hey Meli,

Having a lovely weekend thanks!! Went out last night to Swansea city centre!! I knew it was going to be rough but I forgot how rough!! LOL! I was with lots of lovely friends from work so the company was fun, but wow was it an eye opener!! LOL! Just chilling out today at home- have had a steady trickle of friends calling in, but now it's just dh and I and it's nice to just catch up on some things like washing/drying clothes, tidying up, putting the hoover around etc etc and going to have a nice read and finish my book, then settle down to a bit of telly this evening! Off to Spain for 5 days on Thursday to stay with friends who live there, so looking forward to that! Hope you're havin a nice weekend too! Good luck for tomorrow!XXX
 
Week 40- Day 6 (Sun)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Brunch- 11am- 2 Weetabix (HEXb) with sliced banana and peach, red grapes, white grapes and strawberries. 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HEXa).

Linner (my new word for lunch/dinner!)- 4pm- Frylighted salmon fillet with a tiny drizzle of teriyaki sauce (0.5 syns) with oven baked jacket potato with a tiny weeny bit of Clover (0.5 syns) and salad (mixed leaves, watercress, beetroot, spring onion, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar). A strawberry cheesecake Mullerlight (1 syn).

7pm- Garden peas, freshly shelled by my good self infront of the telly (ate the lot!)

8pm- A small bit of dh's chicken pie (?6 syns- whoops!) A packet of thai sweet chilli low fat Supernoodles. A minimilk (1.5 syns).

Milk in several cups of coffee (part HEXa).

Total syns 9.5.

Week 40- Day 7 (Mon)- Extra Easy- Annual leave.

Breakfast- 8am- 2 Weetabix (HEXb) with sliced banana, red grapes, white grapes, strawberries and 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HEXa).

Walked 1 hour, then 1 hour pilates, then walked 1 hour home!

Lunch-2pm- Smoked peppered mackerel fillet 88g (3 syns) with new potatoes and salad (mixed leaves, watercress, tomato, beetroot, cucumber, spring onion, green pepper). 1 tbspn xl salad cream (1 syn).

5.30pm- Pre WI- A Weetabix Oatybar (3.5 syns). A strawberry cheesecake Mullerlight (1 syn). A few red grapes and 1 Babybel light (1/3 HEXa).

After WI- 8.45pm- In pub- Gammon steak, no fat with 2 fried eggs (2 syns), Jacket potato no butter, peas and free salad.

At home 10.30pm- Frozen vanilla/choc sprinkles Mullerlight.

Total syns 10.5.

Total syns for week 86.5.

Well done on all that body magic today!
Also hope you have a great time in Spain- you lucky thing :) Can't wait until I go in a few weeks! Really after some good weather, sitting in the sun on the beach, strolling with the family through the streets at night- miss all that!

Grrrwww I gained 1lb at WI!! Disappointed as had been perfectly on plan this week but it is *week and I tend to have a funny pattern where I have a small gain and then a week or 2 later a big loss so trying to see the bigger picture!! At least there were no tears tonight as there have been in the past!!X
 
Week 41- Day 1 (Tues)- Extra Easy- Annual leave.

Breakfast-10am- 2 Weetabix (HEXb) with 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HEXa), red grapes, white grapes, strawberries and sliced banana.

Lunch- 3pm- Smoked peppered mackerel fillet 98g (3.5 syns) with hardboiled eggs, new potatoes, mixed leaves, watercress, spring onion, green pepper, red chilli, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, little balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and 1 tbspn xl salad cream (1 syn). 1 Babybel light (1/3 HEXa). Frozen summer berries Mullerlight.

7pm- Kelloggs Fibre Plus dark choc/almond bar (6 syns).

11pm- After choir/pub- 2 cheddar and emmental sizzling Quorn burgers (2 syns).

Total syns 12.5.

Hate * weeks as they really get me down when I see the figures on the scales and plus they make me crave badly (besides all the other crap that goes with it). You know where that gain has come from so just relax you are still on the right track. Big hug going your way!
 
Week 41-Day 2 (Wed)- Extra Easy- Annual Leave.

Breakfast- 9am- A banana.
10am- in Swansea cafe- 2 poached eggs on 1 slice wholemeal toast (no butter- HEXb) with baked beans. 3 small coffees with lots of milk (HEXa).

1pm- A tub of cockles from Swansea Market with salt, pepper and vinegar.

Tea- 5.30pm- Peppered smoked mackerel fillet 78g (2.5 syns) with cold new potatoes, hardboiled eggs, mixed leaves, watercress, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, red pepper, green pepper with 2 tbspns xl mayo (1 syn) mixed with mild curry powder.

7.30pm- Strawberries, red grapes and white grapes.

Total syns 3.5.
 
OFF TO SPAIN TOMORROW MORNING- NOT BACK UNTIL TUESDAY NIGHT SO WILL NOT BE WRITING A FOOD DIARY BUT FULLY PLAN TO STAY 100% ON TRACK SO HOPE THIS PLAN WORKS!! BACK TO WRITING FOOD DIARY NEXT WEDNESDAY!! BYEBYE!!xxx
