The only obstacle is lunch out on Saturday and even then I'm going to be as good as possible!! Sorry hun I thought I'd already replied to this msg but I don't think it sent!! Well I think 7lb is pretty OK after a few weeks off plan!! I gained 5.5lb in a week when I went to Spain so you can't have been a complete piggywiggy (like I was- oink oink!!!) The ONLY thing that matters is that you're back with a vengeance and determined to get back into the swing of it! Whohoooo!! Oh yes, in answer to your Q, I lost 1/2 lb Mon! I was pleased I lost of course, and I'm happy to chip away at the last stone now, but I feel I deserved a good one!! Oh well, it certainly won't be a good one next week after the last 2 evenings' intake lol!!XX

I've never tried sushi.....really must!! syns are so low and its something different and you never know I might just lurve it :)
Hope you have a fab weekend, any nice plans?
x

Hey hun, ooh I lurrve sushi, and quite often opt for it if I'm out and about and peckish! Either sushi or a pack of mexican or sweet chilli etc chicken minifillets. If you like sticky rice and fishy things you'll probably like sushi! People get put off by the raw fish thing but it's really only smoked salmon, and some packs don't even have that! Some have tuna and bits of veg in them, and some are totally veggie! I love the soy sauce, wasabi paste and pickled ginger you get with the packs too!! Today I'm out for lunch with some of the ladies from my village so it will be a bit of a challenge picking the right thing and after the beginning of the week I really have to be good if I'm in for even the slightest chance of a loss!!! Here's the restaurant we're going to- not much SW friendly to choose from http://www.patrickswithrooms.com/
And chilling out tonight infront of XF and SCD!!! Tomorrow I'm working a double shift so that will be much easier to stay on track- I just have to prepare the right things to take in with me! Are you doing anything nice this weekend?XXXX

Whoo check you out!! Flavia Cacace eat your heart out!! You should get back into it as you obviously have the talent!! I would LOVE to learn to dance properly!! Sounds like a chilling weekend then! A new job can be full on- so much headwork and your brain goes into overload mode!! Not that I'd know- I've been in the same job 10 years! Really enjoyed my lunch today! Opted for the salmon with prawn chive beurre blanc but asked for it in a jug on the side and glad I did because I felt in control of how much went on!! And lovely veggies and just a few saute potatoes, and no pud! So won't break the syns bank! No alcohol either as offered to drive so had my own bottle of sparkly water which I had in a wine glass to make me feel like I was having a special drink lol! I thoroughly enjoyed! Hope you're winding down nicely!X
